Located at the most central avenue of Colombo has very nice view to the Indian Ocean, particularly from the rooftop garden and swimming pool, which probably is the largest in Asia. I was in this garden in 2018 and now is like a roof forest. The gym is well equipped and with panoramic view. The hotel is at the top of the mall, the dream of my wife. Every hour there was a shuttle to a tropical beach just outside Colombo. We did also the complementary half day tour to the city that was well organized. Excellent service and comfort.

Ian LagacLocation is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready. Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait. Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating. Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo.

The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-10 minute tuk-tuk ride from Gangaramaya Temple and the surrounding lake. The room was well-equipped with coffee and tea sachets, a kettle, bottled water, basic toiletries, and fresh towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Facilities include a mini gym and a rooftop pool, adding to the overall experience. A great choice for business travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a short, comfortable stay in Colombo.

Visited Colombo during off-peak season so we managed to visit the city with less crowd. Views from any sea-facing room is incredible for its price - slight blocking with 2 towers in front but you can get a better unblocked view if you go for Premium tier rooms. I have to commend reception staff Anjala, who managed upsell me a Premium Seaview Room from a Superior Seaview Room. He took the time to explain the differences between each tier, accommodated to my budget constraints, and brought me to each room (empty ones of course) for a viewing before committing to an upgrade. After hearing that I was there on honeymoon (my husband would only arrive later), he relayed that to the rest of the team who took care of us wonderfully throughout our 4-day stay. Overall, room is clean and roomy, perfect for business calls with fast and reliable in-room wifi. Only downside is their TV doesn't have Netflix or Airplay, only Miracast for Android/Windows users. Tip for travellers: tell your driver this used to be Movenpick hotel - they will know where to drop you off.

The location is convenient, especially for business travelers, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well-organized. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and room service and housekeeping met expectations. Overall, Radisson Hotel Colombo offers a reliable and comfortable stay with good service standards. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider staying here again during future visits to Colombo.

Arrived very late and we’re still welcome D with non alcoholic freshly made juice for my self and my littlest extremely accomodating at such a late hour breakfast was a buffet setup with. Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you. E nice they be nice easy peasy xox
