A decent hotel with a great location, surrounded by beautiful green streets, and just a few minutes' drive to the city center. There's a grill bar on the ground floor. Overall, everything was fine. My only minor complaints would be a leaky sink in the bathroom and noise from an external air conditioning unit (likely from the next room). We were on the top floor, and the view was pretty good, although the window wasn't very convenient.

The staff were incredibly kind: they arranged my transfer and an early breakfast. Many reviews give low ratings, but consider the price – for what you pay, the conditions are excellent. The bed linen and towels had some small stains. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; it's a good value for money.

Have stayed at Fern multiple times however received a very unclean room on this time with an unpleasant odour from the bathroom and faulty lights. Definitely time for a refurbishment.
