Very beautiful and excellent condition 💕 5star room service 🤙🏻💯

Been going to this hotel for over six years. The hotel has done a great job with up keep and maintain the same standards. It’s also located very consistently close to many restaurants. Good value for money. Only thing I would wish for is more options on the in room dining menu.

I spent 9 nights at Cinnamon Red Colombo and loved it! My impression upon arrival was that the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. This impression lasted throughout my stay. Starting with security on the first floor, up to reception and the cafe on the 7th floor, to housekeeping (18th floor), and everyone on the 26th floor by the pool and rooftop bar. Aside from the service, the hotel is modern and cool. The facilities are clean and even smell lovely all the time in public spaces like hallways and elevators. The view of the ocean and Lotus Tower from the 26th floor is amazing, day and night. I also enjoyed the Red Rave art walk in the parking garage. After walking by other hotels under the Cinnamon brand and think Cinnamon Red has the best location. There are many cute cafes and restaurants nearby to try Sri Lankan food, plus there is a large Food City across the street, and the Saturday Good Market, National Museum, Gangaramaya Temple, Galle Face Green are all within 1-3km walking distance. If I get a chance to return to Colombo in the future, I will stay here again ＜3

Lovely stat at the cinnamon red hotel , friendly receptionists staff and room cleaners , we enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer including the great buffet, bar and swimming pool. I will definitely be going back! It’s in a great location close to all the famous tourist destinations in Colombo.

The hotel is simply great. +: After the check-in, they called from the reception to ensure that the room was of good quality. Breakfast has lots of options to go for. The room is very clean. -: We booked a non-smoking room and it indeed was one. But the smell kept penetrating at moments, possibly from the adjacent room. This needs to be dealt with.

Happy to stay again always trip to Colombo. Looftop beer is the best. Relax and happy hour!!

Good hotel and nice and clean rooms. With big rooms and high floors. I had Partial sea view from room windows.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at Cinnamon Red! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their smiles and excellent service. The rooms were modern, clean, and offered stunning views of the city. Nestled on Green Path in the vibrant heart of Colombo, near the iconic Galle Face Green promenade, and surrounded by renowned restaurants, attractions, and historic landmarks, this location offers the perfect blend of convenience, culture, and coastal charm. Overall Cinnamon Red exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Nice place to stay. Children meals was available complimentary and quality of food is excellent

in overall , the hotel is good. The service in restaurant could be improved. especially the machine coffee is sometimes out of order. For passenger has morning flight could be more flexible. Swimming pool is nice . Facility for Gym is ok.

Excellent infinity pool looking sunset..nice gym..and quite clean and good rooms.

Pricing was excellent. Location was close to National Museums, the beach, shopping districts, and more all within either 10 min walking distance to 5-10 min tuk-tuk ride. Cleanliness was overall very clean. However, in our first night at the smoking-allowed floor, we found two small termites on our bed. Rest of the night was completely fine and when we eventually moved to a non-smoking floor, we had no bug issues at all. Now the best highlights of Cinnamon Red were their service, hospitality, and facilities. With a small but quaint pool and deck on the top floor, we watched the beautiful Sri Lanka sunset. There's a decent gym there too. Breakfast was marvelous, that is if you don't mind having Sri Lankan style breakfast of spices, curries, and egg hoppers - "western" options were plenty from poached eggs, bacons, sausages fruits, musseuli, yogurt, order-made omelets, waffles and pancakes, all accompanied by the famous Ceylon tea to die for. Lastly, I cannot praise enough the kindness, hospitality, and smiles from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and supportive to any and all of our requests. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioners and cameras because the way the hotel is designed, you get an unclustered, incredible view of Colombo from any room.
