The location was super convenient, just a short walk to many restaurants and cafes. I forgot to bring my toothbrush and asked the front desk where I could buy one nearby, but they kindly brought one to my room instead, which was a huge help.

Even though I checked in late at night, the staff was incredibly attentive. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent – overall, it was a wonderful hotel. The only downside was that the shower didn't drain well, and it ended up flooding a bit.

Great location, right above a bar street that's popular with Westerners. The facilities are modern and good. The room is a bit small, and the Wi-Fi signal is weak.

The stay was great. The front desk and the service staff were all very good. The room was spacious and the price was reasonable. My daughter especially loved their mattress 😂, saying it was super comfortable, just like the one at home.

A great Hotel depending on the price you can get it for. Great staff, very good breakfast, spotlessly clean, it’s just the rooms are a little too small. Would we stay here again? Definitely if the price was right.

Went to put me in a different cheaper hotel (without even telling me they’d booked me into a different hotel, only saying ‘your room is in the next building’) and pocket my money for the difference in price! I paid for this room 3 months in advance. Not once did I receive an apology for their attempted deceit. They only communicated with me after I realised what they were trying to do and I insisted on getting my money back for the difference in cost. After 45 minutes of going round in circles with them refusing to give me any of my money back and me just wanting to go to a room (I no longer wanted to stay in that hotel but they didn’t care, took 0 accountability & were happy to have me stood in the hotel lobby crying), I was eventually given a room key for the hotel I’d actually paid to stay in 3 months earlier.
