I really enjoyed my 3-night stay. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent. The hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my stay. I was so happy with my experience that I rebooked the hotel three times during the Christmas period. The staff are very dedicated to their work, and their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly make a difference. The atmosphere was very pleasant, warm, and welcoming. I sincerely appreciate the wonderful service and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

Excellent hotel with the best swimming pool! Personnels are super friendly, especially Nethma on the executive lounge. Really enjoyed our time there!

A wonderful stay at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

This was the hotel we stayed at on our last day. Since it was fully booked, we couldn't get a late check-out for free, but we paid a very small amount to extend our stay until 7 PM, and I was very happy with that service. We checked in on a Friday, and there was some kind of beer carnival by the pool that went on until midnight. You could hear it from the room, and it was a bit noisy. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were absolutely amazing, a huge thumbs up!

Let me start with a few downsides: for a five-star hotel, there was no liquid hand soap, only bar soap. The toiletries were also very basic, small plastic bottles. We had to specifically ask for bathrobes and the low-quality disposable toothbrushes. The soundproofing was terrible; every time someone knocked on the opposite door, I felt like they were knocking on ours. The good points are: we were given two bottles of cinnamon drink upon arrival, the pool is beautiful, and the gym is decent. Apparently, haircuts are free, though I didn't try it, and there's a sauna too. We paid an average of over 600, and the taxes were quite high, so the value for money wasn't great in comparison. Oh, and the service was quite slow; we had to wait 10-20 minutes even for toothbrushes.
