Very nice hotel that was very clean and had a very friendly staff. The views were wonderful the included breakfast buffet was phenomenal. A large variety of different food all very well made. Will stay again if we are ever back in Mallorca!!!

We recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Es Trenc and, while the hotel boasts gorgeous views and well-designed rooms, our overall experience fell short—especially compared to other Iberostar properties we’ve visited. The Star Prestige package was a particular letdown. With its rooftop area offering minimal shade, it was simply too hot to enjoy during most of the day. Disappointing to hear it’s already on its way out, though perhaps that’s for the best. Service at breakfast was inconsistent—we were only offered tea or coffee once throughout the entire week, which felt out of step with the usual Iberostar standard. The staff were doing their best and working hard, but it was clear they were stretched thin and more team support is sorely needed. On the upside, the room’s view was absolutely stunning and a real highlight of the stay. That said, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the Iberostar name we’ve come to know and love and the management of the hotel need to up their standards greatly.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent service. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. We did the all-inclusive option and found the food high quality. The entertainment (especially the rock cover band) was a lot of fun and so was the magician, David. Highly recommended - especially for couples - as a quiet retreat.

Absolutely perfect. Wonderful experience. On Day 3 of 5 and YERI had made our stay so much better with professional and more importantly, friendly and happy service! Every day has been better than before. Every detail is thought of and taken into consideration and the staff is absolutely on point.

Very friendly staff! Rodolfo was very fun and hospitable for dinner service. Yeri makes the best Mai Thai’s and is very handsome. Rooms have nice ocean views and food is very very serviceable with a huge variety of options. Star Prestige allows access to quiet rooftop with pool, bar and the best view in the area.
