This trip was absolutely horrible
The front desk lady didn't have a berh good attitude at all, she made very smart remarks about my husband whom bad just been shot a few ago. She made it clear that she just weren't welcomed .

Decent last minute trip
Last minute reservation. The complex is under some renovation it seems so there was some construction around the back. Room seemed pretty clean although there were stains on the bedspread. The room was in decent condition although none of the plugs were tight for plugging in my devices.

******* overbooked the hotel and did not let us know. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away. We had to scramble to find alternate accommodations. Not acceptable.

The service personnel were super nice, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The location was super close to the garden of the gods. The room itself was not so great, foul odor, ac didn’t cool properly, door at times would not lock. Bit outdated

The property was older, but the staff did a great job with cleaning and maintaining the interiors and exteriors. I was always seeing them clean! The staff was friendly and we had a good experience.
