The hotel and staff were great. Some things are a little dated but still a very good experience. The breakfast was excellent. My only suggestion is that they switch coffee brands. The coffee was pretty bitter.

One of the reasons I always liked Hyatt Place was because of a very good hot buffet breakfast. I arrived for breakfast at 8:45 AM and the fruit, yogurt. Oatmeal and bacon was wiped out. The eggs I was expecting were not from fresh eggs, as I had experienced before, but liquid eggs from a carton. So, I had raisin bran and milk. The Hyatt Place was not worth the relatively higher price this time and at this location.

dirty bathroom with black hairs on the floor and sink. not sure what disaster was going on under the sink; it looked like melting pvc. the rest was ok. it was way overpriced for what it was.

The hotel was nice enough. Staff was great. Parking was great. Good breakfast. Beds are small and interstate noise was really bad. Ask for west facing room.

Staff was extremely friendly, esp Krista and a young man doing the floors (sadly, didn’t get his name)
Hotel was nice and had a very good breakfast. The only reason for my 4-star rating is because the furniture was old and worn out, esp in the lobby.

Great place to stay! Right off I-25 with clean rooms, very clean shower with soft towels, comfy beds and no stains on the carpet. Minutes away from Garden of the Gods. This hotel is on the north side of the park. You go through the park and end up leaving the south side right by Manitou Springs. A beautiful town with great food and shopping. Fun activities like Cave of the winds, The North Pole, Cliff Dwellings, Penny arcade, etc. At the park stage they had maybe 10-15 pottery wheels and they were having contests to see who could make the best pot. The kids got to judge and it was fun to watch! Our family has been to Colorado Springs many times and it’s our favorite place for a weekend getaway.

The hotel was in a great location to visit Garden of Gods and a few other interesting places. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Very happy with the stay.

Stayed for a weekend with friends to attend the Firemen's Memorial Service. Great location, clean and very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Colorado Springs area.
