Employees are nice, but the hotel is more of a motel.
There were signs everywhere saying no smoking with penalty of a fine, yet the rooms smelled of smoke and most guests were smoking on the property.
We stayed in two rooms during our total trip and both had a problem with bugs. Pictures on this booking site do not accurately match the property.
When we checked in the staff member warned us about parking on the backside that views the mobile homes as it isn’t a safe area.
There is also a $10 extra fee for “amenities” when you check in which is not mentioned when you book through Trip!

The vibes are great around the cafe area. But the rooms do not basic amenities like microwave, hair dryer. Beds are clean but the restroom sliding door was hanging and not fixed properly.

Loved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a gem! Room was spacious and clean, the staff was so nice! Felt like family! The place is HUGE and we loved the lobby and all of the activities they had to offer. The view of the mountains from our room was absolutely stunning! We cannot wait to come back to Colorado Springs and stay here again!

I will probably sleep here again
It was overall a cool place. There is no signage and we were confused on where to check in. The room was pretty clean other than the windows. The outside looks a little rundown but once you walk inside it's nice enough. The bar provides a welcome drink which is a nice touch. The bed was comfortable! The free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but at least there was some fruit. My only big complaint is the air conditioning did not work. The fan was going but the room never cooled.

You need a better breakfast. Need eggs, hash browns and orange juice. Only one type of cereal. Need more variety.
