I love more location! My 3th time there in four months. A Brazilian’s steak restaurant right in front of the hotel is such a dream come true for a Brazilian living 5 years in the US. Thank GOD! 😍😍

First thing at check in they were giving water out to few choice guest that were hilton honors members. I asked for a few waters and was denied it has been 98 degrees every day here and we couldn't even get a water which is pretty sad! Also our room is just so basic 2 lights dont work and the toilet is the loudest one ive ever heard.

Slow and unfriendly check in dirty shower
The desk person ignored me while she was waiting in the phone and even after she was done. It took a very long time to check in and she got confused about the reservation and had to go find someone to ask what to do. Just being polite would have gone a long way but it was like I wasn’t even there.
The bathroom shower was dirty also

Last-minute stay, worth it!
The reservation process went smoothly as well as check-in. The front end staff were warm and welcoming, and explained all amenities clearly. The receptionist gave me the option to choose my room based on the floors. When I changed my mind about the room that I had initially chosen (didn’t like that the HVAC units were under the window), she accommodated me and assigned me to another room. The room was so comfortable and had a nice view. Cozy room! Nice, clean! Loved the hot shower as well. I will definitely book again in the future.

Close to campus & coffee
Entrance was odd. It is in the same building as a Home2 so they shared a parking lot.
The paint scheme showed the difference, but I still walked past the door. It is located right at the corner of the building on the parking lot side (not street side).
Props to the young lady working the front desk. I was a single female checking in. She asked if I had a floor preference. She did NOT say my room number out loud (yay!) and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the check in.
Breakfast is available, but extra.

Staff was friendly and responsive. The humidity level in the room was so high that the carpet felt damp. Great location for visiting USC.

Okay Hilton
Staff were nice. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The only issue was that the shampoo, condiotioner and body wash were empty when we got to the room. The pool was cold.
