Dump. Rude staff. Cancelled my reservation to charge me higher rates. Total bait and switch because I used a third party vendor. Never again

Breakfast staff were friendly and breakfast looked good. Being a vegan I had Oatmeal, and every topping was available including fresh strawberries, an assortmentof nuts, raisins etc.. The staff was accommodating by providing Oatmilk. O will stay there when I return next month.

the property was in immaculate shape. The dark colors in the building were a little depressing but the kindness and good will by everyone associated with the property made for a great stay

Room was great and staff was great but the room I was in people were going in and out the door slamming the door and that was very annoying. The breakfast was not good at all.

Room was spotless, smelled wonderfully fresh, staff was excellent especially the housekeeping staff. Pam and Gladys are so friendly and courteous. Whenever we needed anything it was provided. We stay only at this hotel whenever we're in Columbia, S.C.

I loved the room and the staff was very friendly but it said there was a hot tub online and when I got there they said it was no longer there and it said there was a basketball/ tennis court but it was torn down and it felt like fault advertisement and I kinda wasted my money a little bit. But other than that disappointment everything else was good.

Someone else’s clothes in the closet, and the heat don’t work the room was stuck at 61
