The room had holes in the floor and holes in the sink. The pool was drained. Our window looked out onto a neighborhood and into backyards. Most of the staff was friendly, but at breakfast, a staff member did not like that I had children trying to eat breakfast. I was trying to fix their plates and felt the need to apologize several times and got scolded for fixing plates.

The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan

A clean room on a quiet floor. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was easily accessible from the major highway

Remodeling is taking place so there is a lot of containers in the parking lot. The room was nice, but the sink faucet had a leak and the toilet paper dispenser was held on by silicone and would fall out of the wall when toilet paper was pulled. The breakfast was better than I expected. Hopefully, once the remodeling is done, my complaints will be resolved.

Love staying at this hotel when I visit. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and Hampton Inn is in the process of remodeling so I am excited to see what it looks like. Breakfast and coffee are great. The best thing is this hotel is pet friendly which works perfectly.

Eric and Deric (spelling?), were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was the best customer service I have ever experienced. The bed was also the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in at a hotel. Thank you for making a hectic trip better!

The breakfast was exceptionally poor. Hotel is old and run-down. No carpet in the rooms, Motel 6 vibes.

The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though.
