Hyatt Place Columbia Harbison

Nothing. Had damage in my room. Had roaches in my room and bed was not made

Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!!!! I found one bug on the bed first night and I don’t know what that bug it is. Just thinking maybe it climb up from the floor. My colleague who stay in another room told me he found bugs as well. When I checked out, I found it bite me the whole arm and legs gradually. I searched online and they said it’s bed bugs and it’s hard to get rid of it. To be honest, in my country I have never seen and know what bed bugs is. My US friends suggested me to throw all the clothes in case of bringing them back to China!

Hotel still needs some work Staff was great. But room was in poor repair from its renovation. Pool was cloudy and stuff

The breakfast was good and well worth. The room was very clean and it was quiet. My room was really nice my only problem was the shower, it got very slippery and I was afraid to slip. It was not just the shower but also where the toilet was. I did enjoy my stay and do recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Traveling Philadelphia to Florida needed to take a break so we’re only there for the night room is clean the little bar downstairs. The people were friendly. The food was good and we got a nice good sleep.

Overall, this location is great. The property is in need of some repairs, mostly signage around the elevator, but nothing that would hurt a guest experience. The floors in the rooms need to be cleaned better - there were some sticky spots. The breakfast was the only thing that was disappointing. No yogurt and no fruit. It just seemed sparse compared to some other locations I stayed.
