Baymont by Wyndham Columbia Fort Jackson

The staff might be under influence and we took almost an hour to check in. He kept insisting that our room was not available even though I told him my booking number and name with the fact that we already did the pre-check in online.

We went out for breakfast about 8:15 no plates, no orange juice, no milk, no toast a couple of muffins and only enough batter for one waffle very disappointing. I had an appointment at the VA later and was expecting breakfast before I went

The room was very musty.. the carpet by the heating/air unit was pulled back like it had been wet. It was totally stained and gross. There was some kind of greasy stuff on the table between the beds and the light between the beds. I have terrible allergies so we left and did not even stay the night! The gentleman bed hind the desk was not very helpful at all! No refund was offered, he told me to go online and get it.

Checking in was chaotic. Assigned to three different rooms to find one prepared. Breakfast was coffee.

Workers were friendly. Breakfast the first day was nice. Went out for breakfast on the second day at 8:50 am and there wasn’t anything. I thought it was a little early to close it down. The pool wasn’t open. The entire hotel reeked of pot the whole 3 days we were there. It was almost like it was being put through the ventilation system.

I was in town couple days, found this at last minute. Free breakfast, micro and frig. Food eat next day. Will book with them again next time I'm in town

The staff was excellent but my room had roaches. It was a roach in my bed which led me having to switch rooms. They need to spray for bugs. I will not be returning
