Loved our stay!
Only issue is the lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom. Needs to be brighter.
Stayed in this location several times. Always a great experience!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Lack of Professionalism, charged early check in of $50 which was half the room rate not on reservation, website, half room rate! Tried to get it reduced, STILL waiting on a phone call from July 16th. Drove over 4 hours for surgery next day, tired, hurting, in pain, was not in a mood to argue or negotiate. Mind you room was clean and ready to go, only thing that was required was the key to get into the room. Ate at Grill, not ready to operate for opening at 5 PM, staff rolling in late or right at 5 PM. Out of french fries, no big deal, that is an stocking issue not the waitress' fault. We were not charged for cheese sticks since the oil was not hot, we told not required. When I saw the bill she was given a $20 tip. Inquired about early check in fee when checked out, left a nice note for a phone call from GM, STILL WAITING, went through customer service no call or resolution, not wanting much. Sad!!

They were rude to my mom and grandma when confronted at the fact that we were promised a handicap room with a roll in shower and that was not right. And then said that we did not call then when in fact we did and asked us to show them the text, when showed the number they conformed that was their number. Also the bed had some dirt in it and also the pillows with a stain.

My wife recently tried to stay here for the third time since March. She had a good stay the first two times. This third time they would not let her in because they stated the reservation was in my name and not her name. I have attached the confirmation which clearly states her name in 3 different locations on the email. I tried to work with corporate to get a refund but they state the Hotel manager has to do that. Corporate said the manager would reach out on Saturday to discuss but as of today June 23 she still has not called. The front desk clerk Monai Holloway and the manager Wanda Caar made the judgement call to not allow my family to stay. All we ever wanted was our $174 refunded to help cover the cost of the other Hotel my family had to stay at that night. With a last name like Clinkscales, matching confirmation numbers and an email confirmation this should not have been any issue whatsoever.

Motel is nice and looks updated. In a nice area/location. Pool only no hot tub. October and pool feels great. 20 min from Fort Benning museum. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, cinnamon rolls, juices, eggs sausage, gravy & biscuits.
