Sleep Inn & Suites Columbus Near Fort Benning

The only thing good about this hotel is the bed. They definitely spent the budget on the bed in each room because thats is the only amazing thing about this hotel. The breakfast was horrible. They only give waffles. Over ripe bananas and apples, cereal ( fruit loops and raisins bran), over cooked eggs and flat round sausage. Small mini muffins and a few bagels and toast. You get what you pay for. The ice machine broke, the coffee machine was always empty after 5pm and only decaffeinated. The Elevator doors and elevator inside and out was so dirty you couldn't see your reflection in the steel. The manager seem so disinterested and not welcoming. I Will never recommend or tell anyone to book this hotel unless they are very desperate to stay somewhere for cheap and dirty. This is a hotel for people who dont like to live or dont mind staying in a dirty environment. Just because a customer wants to save money doesn't mean they have to endure dirty living environment.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing I didn't like was the pool being closed. Other then that if I was in the area I would definitely stay again.

Free breakfast. Not bad. I stayed four days. No one ever came to clean my room. They never mentioned that it was only buy calling them. Or maybe they don’t do it at all when we stay there. Idk! The fitness room had no ac. Staff was nice. But they never had the time to find someone to fix the tv, tv wasn’t connected right.

The pool was not available. The breakfast could have been a little better. The eggs were piggy and wet. All juice except orange came out like water

As a guest who was coming for a Army graduation this hotel was at the best location. it was about a 10 min drive to the visitors center and the Army Base. It is located in an easy and convenient location near plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing.

breakfast was cold trash cans inside and out was overfrlowing with garbage when the workers showed up in the morning they did a great job cleaning it all up

Generally clean and acceptable for the price. The main down side was how moldy the room smelled and that the trash had not been removed from the last guests.

Nice hotel. The fitness room was neglected, no towels, no water, no cleaning wipes, some broken equipment. The staff was friendly and we are awaiting a refund for canceling one day within 24 hours. We’d consider this hotel again

The stay was very good! I love it there! The breakfast could have better options though!
