Well….i have traveled all around the USA. So last night was ☹️ miserable. After attending a wedding and needing to sleep……I came home to people next door in 206….loud, laughing, hitting the bed rail against the wall, talking, etc…etc…etc. so no sleep….till wee hours of this morning. THEN you will never guess what happened…..at 9:15 this am…..the mail knocked on our door to clean the room…I wanted to scream but didn’t. Finally went to sleep and now woke up. Surely u have a more sophisticated system to se if we Cheked out or not.😱 not a good a good experience at all..it was the worse. And I paid $$170 for this? Horrible😫

First the good ... The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options for people with different dietary needs. The location was convenient to where I needed to be.
There was an issue with water in the hallway because another guest had dripped a lot of water from the pool to the elevator, and the staff got that cleaned up quickly after I let them know about it
Negatives ... The hallways were hot and uncomfortable (although the room temp was fine). The room was not well soundproofed, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings (and being right next to the elevator added to that). The shower took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature - we actually thought there was no hot water at first, but it did warm up part of the way through the shower.
Overall, it was a good place and I'd stay there again. I would just ask to be put in a room farther from the elevator.

Decent place to stay but room needed a lot of work. Door lock looked like it had been kicked in at least twice and when opened scraped the floor. NO USB plugs in room. Sink wouldn’t drain properly until I removed trash from drain. TP holder was about to fall off wall. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am which may be okay for someone working but we were on vacation and missed breakfast.

Needs to be handicap accessible if that is what is offered it isnt if you have one leg missing

The only negative is you can hear people talkng in the hallway. (Room in front of elevator.)

Decent place to stay for the area. Property facility could not replace a light bulb, provided option to change rooms versus changing battery. Room sofa was very uncomfortable, low quality of sleep for an adult. The room is not really suitable to sleep more than what can sleep on an actual bed. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very helpful.

My double bed room was not available and had to settle for a king bed. Breakfast menu was the same everyday. Need more variety. Arrived an hour early and wanted a 30 dollar fee for early access.
