A very old hotel that is not properly maintained or cleaned throughout. Issues with assigned room versus room that we paid for (booked a Superior King and provided a room with one double bed). No breakfast provided even though the website clearly indicates breakfast and we were told by the front desk that the hotel has not offered breakfast since COVID and that the website was never updated. Not a good experience overall for us and we will never return to this hotel. Trip.com provided us some credit for these issues even though it was not their fault and clearly rests with the hotel itself. Bravo to Trip.com for this.

I contacted the hotel to cancel this stay and they said to contact trip.com, and then trip.com said to contact the hotel and that they wouldn’t respond to cancel the bookings.

This is an older hotel, but they have rennovated it and it is nice. Thought it might be loud because of the airport, but it was fine. Linens and rooms were clean.

The location and service were good, but the facilities were really old. I stayed on the first floor, and the curtains couldn't be drawn. Also, there was actually no breakfast in the morning because there were very few guests.

As a budget hotel near the airport, this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms, though small, were well-designed, and the refrigerator and microwave were very practical. The biggest surprise was the exceptionally attentive staff service; they proactively helped with luggage. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it safe for evening walks. The 24-hour hot water and air conditioning were excellent, making it well worth the price! The Days Inn Columbus Airport is located at 750 Stelzer Road, conveniently located next to Columbus International Airport. Warning: This place is rarely reviewed, but it's definitely not a place to live. It's dirty, messy, and old. Don't book this place!

The service was so-so, and the facilities were rather old.

The price is reasonable, and the shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient, but the hotel is quite old and the environment is just average.
