Great staff and very attentive to some issues we had with the room at the beginning and everything went well ….until …. At 12 midnight we woke up with excruciating screams of a woman (drunk? **************? Echoing in the car yard , Banging on our and other doors and cars using F words …running around like a mad.. then I heard One of the guests yelling shut the…up then he called the pub security and they came to trying to calm the woman she wouldn’t stop and the man next door was very angry yelling at her to shut up…  after 15-20 min security and one of the night staff escorted the woman who stayed next door to us, she drove off when still screaming and constantly horning her car
After she left I opened the door very shaky and spoke to the staff and advised her how stressful and scared I was about the situation waling up with this noise. Then i checked our car to see if it was damaged or not, luckily wasn’t. She said she will get her manager to call me on Monday to refund or work something out (a free room next time, etc) she said the same thing to the man who was next door and upset about the situation
Absolute NIGHTMARE absolutely!!!! Staff are really nice though. They tried their very best.

There is a large parking lot, convenient transportation, good hotel environment, the whole is a layer, clean, double bed, separate bathroom, a little far from the location
