Good morning, it wasn't all that good. Iron closed, cockroaches, the pool is difficult to access, little food for the children, the entertainment is good with bingo

We only stayed 1 day but on an all-inclusive basis and the truth is that it is super good, it has 3 swimming pools, two for adults and one for children. The snack bar is quite varied, just like the buffet, a little more food is needed, but for the price it is quite good, we liked it a lot.

I was worried as reviews aren't great. But we had a good family holiday. Little one is nearly 3. Pros: clean. Big pool isn't too cold. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. We never had to wait too long for a drink. Snack bar is good for the basics (chips and burgers) and open most of the day. Icecream pots available for the kids all day. Rooms are big. Mini fridge. My little one loved the mini disco. We had a good holiday. Cons: mini disco is only 5 nights of the week. Face painting two nights. Which is fine. If in a room over quiet pool with a young child it's too loud till midnight. She found it too noisy to go to sleep. But equally it meant we could watch the dance show from our balcony when she was asleep. Food is fine. Enough options. Basic all inclusive i would say. No issues with it. Some nice local restaurants with good food at a good price so we did go out once a day just because we wanted some nicer food. I wouldn't worry about the reviews we had a really nice time. It's a 3 star hotel and clean and in a good location. We went to the beach about 15 min walk away. We went to the local port. We also did a trip to sian park which was really fun. Plenty for little ones. Hotel does an included transfer with ticket. Only 30 mins away so easy day trip.

I really wanted to like this hotel, and, in fairness, it's "ok". But, just ok. Not great. I am currently here (last day), on a week's holiday with my best friend. We booked through Tui, and I'm pretty disappointed that we paid as much as we did, for an "all-inclusive" holiday. Pros: Communal areas are clean and tidy, including the pool areas. Staff are friendly and polite, and work hard. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers to go around. Beds are comfortable. The apartments are clean and well-furnished. Food is plentiful. Cons: Cockroaches! A cockroach was in my room the first night, and my friend had to save me. I get this is a hot country, but I also spotted a cockroach on the countertop where some of the food was laid out, in the restaurant, one evening. We also had to contend with another cockroach in the shower last night. There are only 4 pools, not 5, and none are heated. The water is VERY cold. The food is tepid, at best, and some very weird concoctions. (Frankfurters in some sort of mustard sauce, next to mashed potato, next to paella.) Most of the food didnt have any tag to advise of what it was, or what was in it, so it was impossible to know if it was vegan/vegetarian/allergies, etc. There is no free access to soft drinks, throughout the day. In order to get a soft drink, you would have to queue for the bar, and they only allow you to have two drinks at a time, (which is fine) but when you are queuing for 5 - 10 minutes at a time, just getting a soft drink to stay hydrated is a bit of a palaver. Additionally, the restaurant doesn't allow you to fill your water bottle up from the drinks dispenser in the restaurant. The "all-inclusive" cocktails are a spirit with a pre-mixed syrup added. Nothing freshly made or bespoke. All in all, after nearly a week here, I am MORE than ready to go home! I wanted to like this hotel, but won't be back.''

1. Start with the positives, TUI free transfer a long time but saves €80 one way which is helpful. Bar has the average drinks for an all inclusive which is good enough for us, the restraunt breakfast is good for a 3* hotel, all the usual stuff. Pool was clean although chilly. The views from the room were great. 2. Cons- Food very repetitive in evening, snack bar always cold, some of the meat look undercooked, Drinks, you have to pay for spirits on their own. Room was absolutely disgusting, stains all on the ceiling and cracks from the roof, drains in the bathroom stunk the whole room out so much, we had to spray aftershave to limit the smell. Some of us became very ill a few days in, violently sick for around 12hours straight. Also maid came 1 time in 4 days. Rooms are big but our room absolutely stunk. Overall a cheap last minute holiday with the lad. Hotel probably wouldn’t suit children that well. Weather decent for January, cheap and cheerful

Just returned from a wonderful weeks holiday at this hotel. The bad reviews had put me off and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived late (10pm) and were quickly checked in. We headed straight to our room and were delighted with the location of our 2 bedroom apartment - overlooking the pool on the 3rd floor. The apartment was immaculate and quite spacious. We missed the evening meal, however we ate out at a nearby pizza place. Breakfast the next morning was fine. Lots of Choice of both hot and cold food and drinks. We ate most of our lunches inside restaurant too as salad bar was plentiful alongside fish, meat and pasta dishes. Evening meal was the same - always a good choice. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese themed evening. We booked twice for the Italian restaurant, my two teenage children thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and pasta dishes on offer. The children also ate at poolside snack bar each day and were happy with the food available. We stayed during the Easter holidays and after reading the reviews I was expecting long queues to get a drink, never waited more than 5 minutes and that was only on a couple of occasions, other than that, we got served straight away. All the staff from reception, house keeping, bar, restaurant were always friendly and pleasant. The entertainment team were fab, we didn't have much to do with them, but they were so friendly everyday around the pool. The resort itself is great, we walked to both Los Gigantes and Playa de la arena regularly on a morning. All in all a super Easter break in the sun, we had a lovely time. Thank you.

We are currently here and we've come for a cheap holiday. We are self catering because European all inclusive isn't for us. We've hired a car for £37 for the week and paid £33 for excess insurance before we came, bargain if you ask me. The room is basic but it's clean. The pool area is clean and ample sun beds, we've not come down early to put our towels out as there's no need to. I don't see the reasoning on the bad reviews. It's perfectly fine for us. We've come to a 3* hotel and that is what it is. It's not 5* luxury, we didn't book that.
