There are no amenities or front desk but if you travel often, this is often the case. There is parking for free- it’s street side- around the plaza There is a restaurant below the apartments #Bontherocks which is excellent - a 5 star meal out. It is not at all affiliated with the apartments though. Great breakfast place across the plaza #BarPlaza. There’s a well stocked market on the plaza; great for snacks and drinks The apartment is just steps away from the lava coast and a beautiful walking path. The location and lack of tourists are significant selling points. For €100 a night, it was perfect"

"My fiancé and I stayed at the property August 3-14th and had the time of our life. We came back after two years after got engaged here at the property last time. And what a stay... We cannot fully recognise every one, but we felt we came "home" again from the first minute. We reserved private transport from the airport which were 100% and a perfect start. From the minute we entered RedLevel reception and throughout the stay we felt we were taken care of "over and beyond". Fantastic room with with partial see view (perfect for us) and super service from housekeeping and VIP service. We tried all the restaurant at the property, all very good, but our favorites were La Terrasse and Le Bistrot Provencal. The tasting menu at the La Terrass was truly worth a Michelin star (or two). Extra ordinary experience with local food and wine (many of the local wines I give 4.5 rating in Vivino). Even though all of Melia employees gave us a super experience and service, we really want to highlight the Red Level "Dream Team" Pablo, J. Angel, Mohamed, Angel, Daniel, Ricardo, Erensto, Fernando and Alejandro What a team and what a service and good laugh and interactions. These fantastic people made us decide to come back again next year already."

"I do not recommend it at all, not only because of how dirty and outdated the room is (we found cockroaches, gum stuck to a nightstand, a broken sofa, dust everywhere...) but also because of the terrible service received by the owner and receptionist. We have never found ourselves in such a surreal situation. Despite offering a room that left much to be desired, he behaved very disrespectfully, claiming that I was smoking in the room. When I told him he was wrong, he responded very rudely, even disrespecting me. My companion and I felt so bad that we naturally decided to leave a stay that did not even come close to meeting our expectations. Furthermore, we were disrespected and exposed on the street, as this person chased us screaming and making a scene. In short, the worst experience I've ever had. One to forget."

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"The balcony sea view is very good, sent us welcome champagne 🍾 Our New Year's Eve dinner in the pool with music and party, but dinner 127 euros a person price is quite expensive ' very close to the town, New Year's Eve concert to second At six o'clock, the environment and atmosphere is very good. The holiday is more expensive during the New Year, the room is a bit small, and there is no light on the ceiling of the shower room, only the light on the sink, which is relatively dim."

"The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool area is spacious and there were sun-beds available every day which was a bonus. The first day of our holiday was relaxing , as advertised , but on the second day, a group of 40 teenagers arrived on a school trip. They dominated the communal areas and were very noisy. This was not the holiday that we expected in a hotel described as relaxing and adult recommend. Bombing in the pool, shouting and general teen behaviour is what we witnessed when they were around the hotel. We were also kept awake until 4am on 2 nights by them running around. I complained and staff said that they were having a party. Not the relaxing experience we expected."
