Servatur Isora Suites ★★★★
"It was a great stay. the cleanliness was good, the facilities were great, the food was delicious and lovely live music. I had a really nice studio with everything you need. The staff was friendly."
The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama ★★★★★
"The view is beautiful, but the bathroom floor drain was severely leaking, causing a flood after showering."
H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection ★★★★★
"Very nice. Every snapshot is picturesque. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Very clean (rooms are clean) Environment: Very good Service: The lemon tea was delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel in Tenerife again. Lots of swimming pools, perfect for sunbathing 🌞"
Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife ★★★★★
"Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant"
La Casona del Patio ★★★★
"Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. We had a superior room with terrace. Dinner was a cold picnic ( we knew beforehand) , very well done.room very clean . Not much going on in this area, so depending on what you want might not be the best. Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast buffet good too, excellent coffee machine . The hot eggs, sausages leave a lot to be desired but that happens in most places. Lots of lovely fruits, cereals , breads , cold meats etc"
Gran Melia Palacio de Isora ★★★★★
"There was a strange, foul smell at night, but the room was okay and the service was alright."
Royal Hideaway Corales Villas
Los Jardines de Abama Suites ★★★★★
"Booked 9 nights direct via the website. Arrival by car was difficult as there are no directional signs for reception so you have no idea where to check in. After stopping at Las Terrazas at the restaurant we were given instructions on how to find reception for Los Jardines. Reception greeted us warmly and a staff member guided us with a golf cart to our building and assisted with luggage to our suite. I have to say staff are great from reception to technical to poolside etc. And staff are eager to provide you with supplies to make your stay comfortable. Our one bedroom suite was beautiful. Everything is new, the bed comfortable and amenities are provided such as shampoo/conditioner, bathrobes/slippers etc. The kitchen is supplied with dishes, glasses, dishwasher supplies however a towel would be an asset to wipe water from glasses out of the dishwasher. A sponge and liquid soap can be requested for cleaning and there is a cloth provided for cleanup/wiping counters. The TV is a smart TV so you can sign in to your streaming subscriptions. The terrace is a pleasure to spend time on. There are chaises that would benefit from cushions as they are quite uncomfortable to lie on for any length of time. However the table and chairs are fantastic again everything is still so new. Housekeeping is thorough and everything is very clean. Snacks, drinks and lunch around the pool is excellent and again staff are eager to look after you and keep you happy. So why the low score for a review?? In our 9 nights we had hot water for 3! Our 1st night the water wasn’t hot but we didn’t think much of it, thinking we may be the only ones in the building and the next day will be better. Not so … and unfortunately we contacted reception too late in the 2nd day after 4:00 pm for maintenance to fix the issue. The 3rd night the problem was resolved but the hot water tap still had to be on full to have a pleasant shower (?). The next 2 nights we had ‘hot’ water. Then our last 3 nights - same problem. Contacted reception again but by our last evening we gave up on a hot shower. The resort has been operational long enough that this should not be a problem. At this price point for accommodation you expect hot water. Staff were apologetic and provided a bottle of wine and chocolates which were appreciated but in the end we had too many cold showers."
Casa Regina Tenerife ★★★
"Perfect. The welcome was discreet and warm. We were the only guests in the hotel, which felt more like a guesthouse. Clean and tastefully decorated. We had an excellent breakfast just for us. The relaxation area with the small pool was very pleasant. All this far from the hustle and bustle of the big seaside towns. It's perfect for rest. Thank you for the one-night stay."

Pensión Alcalá
"The room is very small, with the table and chairs in the closet. Apart from the bed, there are no other amenities. Don't even think about having an elevator. It has two major advantages: first, the room has a private bathroom, which is why the room rate is 70% higher; second, the beach is right outside, making it a very pleasant place for a walk and a meal, and parking is both economical and convenient."
Landmar Costa Los Gigantes Family Resort
"Perfect location. The best view. Amazing place. Great city."
Landmar Playa la Arena
"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"
Arena Nest Hostel
"The team is simply adorable, whether it's Rami, Romi, Elena, Renan, Gera, everyone is adorable, with a welcome of kindness and an exquisite good mood, we feel the joy of living in this house and it's so happy! I had to stay 1 night, I finally spent 4!! They welcomed me as a family welcomes a newborn, with generosity and love. They are a host family that I will not forget! You can go there with your eyes closed! They are international loves!!"
