It's not worth a penny as a service area, the sweets are frozen, the roscos are from Loja, precooked and expensive food, small and outdated room, very poor and little breakfast, I would only stop to go to the toilet, everything is very old, terrible service, rude and they don't care about the customers and expensive in general.

NO Gentlemen, it's because they DO NOT want to tune into those channels (I don't understand the reason) If they do not improve (which I doubt) I will refrain from making any more reservations at this establishment.

Bad experience. We booked a stay halfway to our destination with three small children, and when we arrived at the hotel at night, surprise, right across the hall from our room was a tent blasting music celebrating a wedding... music that continued until 7 a.m. We complained to reception about the noise, and they offered us other rooms, but we could still hear the music. Friendly staff, but terrible organization. We had zero rest that night. The rooms were unclean, broken, and the air conditioning didn't work in the middle of August.
