Great hotel, nice food, friendly peiple

Everything was just perfect, very peaceful by the pool (but still things going on that you could join if you wanted to)! excellent food & different food every day! All staff were wonderful, polite and helpful, fabulous atmosphere! the weather was amazing & super hot and sunny you could swap your pool towels daily for fresh ones, your room was cleaned daily with fresh towels put out for you & beds made. A total 10 out of 10, so much so we’re coming back next year!!

Very friendly staff, especially the cleaners and bar staff they were amazing. Really nice views of the ocean, plenty of different places to sit throughout the week, very relaxed area with a few bars around too and nice walks. Food and drinks were really nice and diverse so something for everyone. Very pretty hotel with lots of plants. Rooms were very nice and cleaned very well. A good spot for any group or age, plenty of older and younger people all enjoying it. Amazing overall thank you to all the staff !!!!

Beautiful rooms Lovely personal check in experience Food was varied and plentiful, drinks were good and all staff were lovely and friendly The building is stunning and super clean We were vaccinated for 1 Al a Carte when here for 6 days, the Japanese restaurant and experience were fab We enjoyed the evening shows and super friendly bar service The infinity pool area was so peaceful and pretty Lovely coastal walk to Maspalomas and the Sand Dunes I just wish we had been told and knew that the All Inclusive finished 12pm on our last day, as we were not being picked up until circa 7:30-8:00 Reception said they will make this known for future guests I wish we had longer here

My wife and I had another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We always book a Privilege room as we love the eating at all the restaurants and the private lounge and sun bed areas. As always the food at all the restaurants are amazing our favourites being the Gaudi for breakfast and the brasserie but they are all great. The hotel has such a lovely chilled atmosphere and even though it was 90% full there are always loads of sunbeds available even if you go down later in the morning. They have done so many improvements over the last few years, upgrading all the rooms and opening two new al a carte restaurants, Sakura the teppanyaki and Il Trastevere Italian which are both a great addition. All these things are great but as always the thing for us that makes our stays so special are all the amazing staff who are all so friendly from cleaners to management always greet you with a smile. Special thanks to Kathleen at guest relations, Marta and her team at the Gaudi who is so lovely to us also Africa and her team at the brasserie restaurant who always makes us feel special. We genuinely feel sad when we leave but am already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent place . Possibly more couples this ton of year but some kids onsite . We took a 2 year old and did struggle with residence accepting his presents . However the staff were fantastic and welcomed the kids . Wonderful place to go . Would defiantly recommend the Privilege upgrade which we accident did die to a suite . Overall a wonderful place excellent food , relaxing , amazing staff some did get a little stressed at times but as you’d expect from anywhere you go to. A positive for this place was most people we spoke to have returned time and time again . A real lovely place and if you’re looking for a gem to enjoy I’d suggest this place . We had wine delivered on our first night to the room and chocolates every night delivered

I stayed here in May as a solo traveller and had a really enjoyable holiday. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I upgraded to privilege all-inclusive and for me it was definitely worth it mainly because of the quieter areas and access to the privilege lounge. The all-inclusive option worked very well and I especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, which were much better than I expected from an all-inclusive hotel. Particularly loved the restaurant called Gaudi. A first class dining experience. The bar staff were always welcoming and attentive and the service around the hotel was consistently good. I also appreciated the information sent before arrival about transfers and hotel facilities, as it made everything much easier to organise before travelling. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept and the location near the Meloneras promenade was perfect for evening walks. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay and would happily return to HT Playa Meloneras horizon collection. Hopefully this year.
