It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Como tram and is very close to the city center. The 24-hour Carrefour is also about 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are old, but it was fine for a night's sleep. It felt new because it had an antique feel.

The room is not big, facing the street and the lake. Unfortunately, there is construction outside recently, which is noisy in the morning.

Sauna is chargeable and you have to let them know 1 hour before. Parking 25€ per day and you have to wait for them to take out the cars parked in front. Very good location. Average breakfast. Classic room without light

The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, it is near the Como Lago train station and right by Lake Como. Room 43 has a balcony with a view of the lake and the road. Room 3 on the first floor is close to the lake (higher floors will be better). There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is very direct and very good. Olive oil and vinegar are delicious when dipped into vegetables.

The hotel on the waterfront is great!
