Our Ipad was stolen from inside of our luggage in our room. We did not notice the Ipad missing because we never took it out to use it. After one week of travelling to other cities, we noticed Ipad was missing in milan airport. We tracked it to Lake Como where hotel is located but they would not accept any responsibility.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good quality, hotel is clean, overall good value for money. Check out the rooftop bar for an added bonus!

Comfortable stay in Hotel Como with friendly service from the hotel reception and their service staff. The hotel room was given as described with the basic amenities and a decent size room with a cupboard and locker. Bathrooms were kept clean and hygienic.
The location is in Como city but away from the main centre. However it takes around 15-20 minutes by walk to reach the central areas and the metro station.

Staff all spoke excellent English which made life much easier for me. Pool had no shade but adjoining bar had plenty. Position very good and quiet and just a stroll through the old town to the Lake

The property is a nice air conditioned (very important in the simmer) property with a great, helpful, professional staff, a nice pool and lounge area on the roof and a great free breakfast. The only thing someone might night like is it is about a 17-20 minute walk to lake Como. A benefit to not being in the tourists area is that there is a supermarket around the corner and a farmers market on the same street. also there are great restaurants in the area. Go to the pizza restaurant across the street from the hotel. Iy is very good. Also keep in mind many hotels in Lake Como do not have air conditioning and in the summer months you want that in Lake Como as it is hot.

The hotel did not meet our expectations beeing a 4 star hotel, location not ideal, garden view is not really a garden, but a clean hotel with nice bedrooms
