An incredible hotel to relax and treat yourself after months of travelling

Nos alojamos en Hotel La Cúpula en Copacabana y pagamos 445 Bs por una habitación, un precio bastante elevado para la zona, esperando comodidad y buen servicio. Lamentablemente, la experiencia fue totalmente decepcionante. La habitación tenía un kitchenette con lavaplatos… ¡pero sin agua! Me dijeron que debía usar el lavamanos del baño para lavar los utensilios. La calefacción a gas no calienta absolutamente nada, lo cual es inadmisible en un lugar tan frío como Copacabana. Para empeorar, el piso de piedra hace que la habitación sea aún más helada e incómoda. Además, la secadora de cabello no funcionaba. La comida del restaurante fue otra gran decepción: cara y de mala calidad. Pero lo peor fue quedarme sin agua caliente mientras me duchaba, completamente enjabonada, teniendo que terminar con agua helada. Mi esposo bajó a recepción a reclamar por segunda vez y, en vez de ofrecer una solución o disculparse, el personal simplemente no quiso dar la cara. No volvería jamás ni lo recomendaría. En lugar de descansar, pasamos una experiencia incómoda, cara y con un pésimo servicio al cliente. …………………………………………… We stayed at Hotel La Cúpula in Copacabana, paying 445 Bs for a room — quite an expensive rate for the area — expecting comfort and good service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room had a kitchenette with a sink… but no water. They told me to use the bathroom sink to wash dishes. The gas heater didn’t warm up the room at all, which is unacceptable in such a cold place like Copacabana. To make matters worse, the floor was made of stone, which made the room even colder and more uncomfortable. The hairdryer also didn’t work. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and of poor quality. But the worst part was that the hot water ran out while I was showering. I was left completely covered in soap and had to rinse off with freezing cold water. When my husband went to the front desk to complain for the second time, the staff refused to come out and face the issue. I would never stay here again or recommend this place. Instead of a restful stay, we had an uncomfortable, overpriced experience with terrible customer service.

The room is marvelous, has a big window to the becah bay and the amenitied of the room, great. The rooms are quiet , neat and reasonable prices. the restaurant is well cooked and diversity of menu and affordable price. Well recommended.
