Moon River Lodge, a spacious single-story luxury lodge in the Mountain Valley Subdivision, is only 10 minutes from Garner State Park and 2 minutes to FREE Frio River access at Gravel Bar. This home welcomes returning guests year after year. Our NO BUNK policy means that both family groups and friend groups get a good night's sleep with plenty of room. Spacious Accommodation for Large Groups Moon River Lodge’s four bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 20 guests. There are 10 queen beds spread across the home, not a bunk in sight. Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, a retreat with friends, dove hunting, or a team-building getaway, this home ensures plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Bedroom 1: Two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, closet, with easy access to a shared full bathroom (2). Bedroom 3: Two queen beds closet, with easy access to a shared full bathroom(2). Bedroom 4: A large room with four queen beds and a shuffleboard for late nights tourneys Management provides bed linens including pillows, comforters, and sheets for all beds. All three bathrooms come with indoor towels and washcloths for every guest. Please bring your own beach towels for the pool and the river. Renter is responsible for bringing your own toiletries, soaps, shampoos, extra toilet paper and paper towels GETTING OUTSIDE While the Frio always beckons, Moon River Lodge welcomes you home with tons of on-the-property outdoor fun. POOL Your private pool has a pool surround for loungers and a sun shelf for little splashers with a max depth of 5ft in the middle. Feel free to bring your pool noodles and floating rafts for late-evening soaks and floats under the stars. **The pool is fully fenced with a gate between the house and the pool. The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental. CHECK-IN IS LOCATED AT ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD! This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Please go to Andy’s on River Road and check in at the front register. The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through an online listing service, you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign a VIP Rental Agreement.
