GGuest UserCharming place, excellent location. Room is nice, it’s ok to make do with the small bathroom. After all it’s only for one night. Beautiful views from the window. Didn’t see sea of clouds but was greeted with a beautiful sunrise. Boss and wife are helpful, he helped to book a taxi for me to go to the train station. Would recommend.

MM220514****My husband and I came to Congjiang Dong Village for a trip. We looked at several hotels, but they were either ridiculously expensive or terrible. So we found this hotel on Ctrip. The location is great, right at the entrance of Congjiang High-speed Railway Station and Bus Station. First of all, I really liked the color scheme. Although the decoration seemed simple, it had a lot of character and was impeccable. It was very clean, and we didn't see a single hair. The shampoo smelled especially good, and they even had conditioner, which is a favorite among women. The amenities were complete, and there was a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was provided, although the selection wasn't huge. The gym was also very large, and there was free parking.

The bathroom is relatively large and has a squat toilet, which is relatively hygienic. There is also a water dispenser in the corridor with hot water, which is very convenient. I like this inn because the owner is warm and hospitable, clean and spacious, comfortable to stay in, and has the taste of an authentic B&B. The owner said that I can stay at their home for anything. , they are all kind-hearted and blessed people. In order to welcome our old customers, we give free foot baths to the local Yao people. I am tired from walking for a day, so I soaked my feet to eliminate a lot of sweat. It is so comfortable, especially now in the dog days of summer. It is the best way to ward off moisture and cold. During the time, we brought a large pack of foot bath medicine packs home for my mother to relieve moisture and cold in the dog days of summer. We gained a lot from this visit to Basha [呲呲][呲呲]

The property is right by the train station, which is what I was looking for to be able to catch an early morning train.
In terms of location it really depends what you are looking for, surely there's not much to do around and it felt like being in a very remote authentic village, so it's a nice experience but if you have a car it's definitely a plus.
The owner doesn't speak English but he's been very nice and accommodating.
The room is simple with squat toilet but it has everything and it's absolutely clean and comfortable.

We stayed for three nights. On the last night, the hotel owner invited a large group of people to stay in the store, shouting loudly as soon as they arrived, and playing very, very high! Very noisy. MMomoOn a long trip, I chose Congjiang for a one-night stop. I thought it had high reviews and a unique character, so I chose it.
It's very close to the main road, though there's a short, cratered section on the way there, but it's a quick walk. It's located in a mountain stream.
The room is halfway up the mountain, so the climb isn't too difficult. We arrived in the evening, and the owner was very helpful in arranging dinner and even boiled water for us to make Yao medicine.
The owner also provided a lot of information about the local area, suggesting we take a short drive along the national highway and then onto the expressway the next day, enjoying the Duliu River scenery and visiting several villages along the way. It was clear the owner deeply loved his hometown.
The air conditioner was turned on in advance, and the room was filled with a pleasant woody fragrance. Everything from the bed to the desk was made of solid wood.
There were a few minor issues with the room, but thankfully the owner was very helpful in fixing them.
The morning scenery was beautiful. If we weren't in a hurry to travel, it would have been a perfect place to relax for a few days.
