The Last Word Constantia
"Amazing hospitality from all if the staff. Very large beautiful rooms. A little gem with the most amazing gardens. A great little pub / restaurant. Not far from boulders beach. Honesty bar is very well stocked. I would highly recommend to anyone."
The Cellars-Hohenort
"An absolutely stunning hotel - (part of the small leading hotels of the world group). Elegant interiors, beautiful gardens and the warmest of welcomes. The Cellars offers the most incredible customer service - polite, friendly and professional - every part of our stay was exceptional."
Constantia White Lodge Guest House
"What a gem of a place. Beautiful rooms, great convenient location, excellent breakfast, lovely pool and all looking up at Table Mountain. Beth and her staff made us feel like we were at home. 9 of us in total (two families) 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Cape Town. We will be back for sure."
Ikhaya Safari Lodge
"This lodge is stunning! Only a 25 minute drive when we landed on a Sunday morning from Cape Town. The staff are so friendly and will help with any questions you have. My mum and I had two rooms - both were large rooms with modern furnishings and have fridges for your wine :) There is a nice pool area with towels and sunbeds and an honesty bar for drinks. Breakfast is available here although we didn't have it. Beau Constantia vineyard and Constantia Glen are easily walkable (5-10 mins) but ubers are easy to take also. The views are stunning and it was such a relaxing start to our holiday that I have already booked a return visit for two nights in November with a friend!"
Akamah Estate
Beluga of Constantia Guest House
"Lovely guest house in beautiful surroundings. The pool is lovely for a refreshing swim, the Continental breakfast is perfect, and the room is clean, laundry service is great, and it’s like a home from home. Refreshments available at any time, and host gives good recommendations for visits and walks etc. Highly recommend."
Constantia Vista Guest House
"We had very high hopes for this apartment, and the views really are stunning. A car is essential as it's way above Constantia in the hills. The apartment has a full length veranda which is lovely for dining, BBQ also. There is a shared laundry machine in the owner's office area, very useful. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the finish and the details - e.g. hard to control shower, brown poly cotton bed sheets, miss matched very old crockery. It's good value with great views but not quite what we expected."
Glen Avon Lodge Boutique Hotel
"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was nice but not gourmet or as per pics on the website. Whenever you want anything you have to go to the reception and ring a bell and you can usually get what you need, however if you are at the pool that requires a walk across the car park to order a drink as no pool service. There is no bar as such and what drinks are available which is only at 7pm for half an hour, unless you go searching for the bell,is somewhat limited. Overall it was nice but not my idea of 5 star."
Southern Light Country House
"We booked two rooms, which were generally quite nice in terms of amenities, but... the service was a complete disaster! We were treated as a nuisance, even though we arrived late in the afternoon. Half-drunk drinks were still in the fridge, and there was no water in the rooms. We had to eat breakfast inside because the young waitress didn't feel like setting up the table on the terrace, so it was a mess."
