Paola y Wilson son extraordinarios anfitriones. Originalmente tuvimos el plan de quedarnos 3 noches, quedamos 5! Cada dia una otra experience. el restaurante no tiene menu, prepare lo que la cosecha da cada dia preparado al gusto con muchos toques locales. Escalamos montes y cascadas, hicimos safari de pájaros, aprendimos de la historia trágica de los miles de pacientes de la enfermedad de Hansen, observamos amanecer del sol y de la luna, buscamos peces endémicos en los ríos, observamos las abejas melíponas y tuvimos conversaciones con los médicos. Que experiencia! Saboramos cacao fresco, y frutas desconocidos. Lo recomiendo !
