Motel 6 Conway, AR

Great place great price This is by far the cleanest & friendliest Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed in. I loved that instead of having a continental breakfast, they just lowered the price. Waffle House was just a 2 minute walk. They do have coffee though! Oh! And I didn’t wake up with an achy back like I do at some hotels.

Hotel rooms should not stink. I have always liked Motel 6 -- till now. Not again. First had a surprise of a XXXXX damage fee this hotel collected up front when we got there. Got the room through '*******', which I would rather go through the hotel. There was no idea of these on '*******'. Next the young cashier was not even friendly about the check in. We got there an hour early, OK we should have been able to check in, and they make sure the room is ready. She would not even discuss it. We camp and travel a lot, that was a first. When we did check in, the room --stunk--. OK it was a smoking room because I needed something cheap. We were there for my wife's medical treatment. But it should still smell good. We went back down to the desk. And another better manured person was there. Wife told her we wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. She did call the manager, who said he would get us the refund. We went to another hotel, now at home. We will see how long to get the refund.

Bathtub wobbly Overall the stay was fine, however my wife and I both noticed the bathtub had a wobbly center which could cause an elderly person to fall while showering

Super kind staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms, easy and well lit parking, walkable to lots of dining options.

Disappointed in motel 6 It was clean but carpet ripped chair and table had chew marks rented 2 rooms was charged 200 deposit no problem was told would receive back when check out but when i checked out was told would receive it in 3 to 5 business days they don't wait for their money why should i beds very hard have pictures but it won't let me download ive never had to wait on my money any where else

Happy Cheap, Clean, and comfortable!!! Close enough to highway and places to eat within walking distance.
