"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Oak Meadow Ranch. Communication was poor, expectations constantly changed, and I did not feel employees were treated with respect or professionalism. Instead of providing proper training and addressing concerns constructively, management seemed quick to place blame without giving people a fair opportunity to explain or improve. The work environment felt disorganized, and there was little consistency in how procedures or expectations were communicated. My experience left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working here. I hope the ranch takes steps to improve communication, training, and the way employees are treated."
