Perched on the edge of Coos Bay, this brand new luxury townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Expansive views are available from all floors of this three-story unit. You can also enjoy fully outfitted media room on the ground floor complete with wet bar, 60” flat panel Smart TV, state of the art sound system, and comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer can be found on the top level of this townhouse. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat panel TV, fireplace, and oversized bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub (with a view!) ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and bathroom, also ensuite. Including the sleeper sofa on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the media room with sofa sleeper have full private bathrooms, with a half bath on the second level. When you do venture out, Sunset Bay is just fifteen minutes away, and nearby you’ll find Empire Lake, reported to be some of the best fishing in the state of Oregon. Other Things To Note Picture windows fill this home so you can witness nature at its best on every level. Each day as the tide recedes, the bay fills with hundreds of native birds and seals all hunting for a seafood meal. Watch large trade ships navigate in the distance and enter the canal. This property is in excellent condition and very clean. Watching the tides roll in and out was a joy anytime that we were home. We were golfing all week at Bandon Dunes with only a 30 minute drive to the course. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Waterfront Place Top notch, right on the water. Just like new, we felt we were the first guest staying there Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The host was very responsive even though nothing really came up. I would definitely stay there again and will try to when we return again. One of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed in over the years. Thank you.

Very Nice The townhome is very clean and well equipped. We had six adults staying and we were quite comfortable. Coos Bay is a cute town with some interesting sites to take in. The view changes dramatically with the tides in the bay. It is a bit industrial, but still beautiful.
