The room was very dirty, with crumbs everywhere and greasy fingerprints on the walls. In the bathroom, we found freshly shaved hair, which made it feel as though the room had not been cleaned at all. We informed reception and were given a new room, which was only slightly better. Overall, the general atmosphere of the hotel felt off, and we have stayed in much cheaper hotels that were significantly better.

Service bad becaue my luggage locker was opened even after properly paid. They do not solve the problem in a right way and they do not even say sorry for their ignorant.

The toilet is very small. The room has poor sound insulation. I can hear sounds from the next room.

It was god

I arrived in the evening and the reception welcomed me warmly. I asked for some ice cubes and they kindly gave them for free. My room was on the 12th floor, but the lift was frustratingly(super) slow, definitely troublesome if you’re in a rush. I stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping only came once, on the 4th day. However, they did mention that extra amenities could be requested at reception. A note for warmer days: opening the window doesn’t make the room feel any breezier, so it can be uncomfortable. Luckily, the mornings and nights were chilly, so I managed to sleep well. Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk to Ørestad metro and train station. From there, you can take the metro straight into the city centre, catch a train directly to the airport, or even cross the Øresund Bridge to Malmö and Lund. For those seeking halal food, there's Royal Syawarma near Field's mall.

Good hotel for a one night stay. Also enjoyed a good breakfast.

Quite good for solo trip and near to stations. Staffs are kind and helpful.

It was cozy and clean. Every people work there were so polite. I slept well cuz the temp and bed were so fit for me. If I can visit CPH again, I’ll make reservations with this Hotel!

Facilities: The room was incredibly small. While I had mentally prepared for a compact space, it was actually even smaller than I'd imagined. There was no air conditioning, and the soundproofing was poor – I couldn't even fully open my suitcase. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also just average.

I know it is a budget hotel and I am rating it accordingly. At least make sure things work. One entrance was not working, all self check-in kiosks were out of service, one lift had a shattered mirror... worst of all wifi was unstable and weak.

Hotel was overall very good. Bathroom was a little small. Other than that all perfect.

What else to expect when you get a clean bed to sleep. It's very good for both solo and couple. Location is good. Very near to metro and a good shopping mall.

Affordable price, location at a very strategic location nearby metro station and shopping mall and very convenient to travel to airport. Highly recommended
