Charming boutique hotel which could use rugs with the thin floors & thicker windows since the courtyard echoes so if you are sensitive to noise, this one might not be for you. Staff was wonderful especially when my upstairs neighbor was thumping around from 2 am on, after an hour I asked the night receptionist to please help, he did immediately and found that person was in crutches and checking out at 3:30 am. It was not the hotel's fault but rugs could have helped and the noise wouldn't have woke me out of a deep sleep. Absolutely loved the staff. Very comfortable bed but the true superstar of this hotel is the heated floors in the bathroom. Extremely spacious compared to other hotels in this price range.

Too expensive relative to app.size, condition and breakfast Service. Especially the variability of breakfast was not good enough. You pay extra for the second cappuccino you ask for. That shouldn`t be the case when you have paid for breakfast before anyway. Furthermore things like scrambled eggs should be available.

A nice hotel located in the central of Copenhagen, the staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed good quality breakfast and my room was very comfortable.

The decoration of the room was disappointing from what i expected. The interior design and material should have been better quality when compares to the price. The space was spacious but the room was decorated with ikea items. Bed and bathroom was acceptable. Staffs were nice and helpful. The door was traditional lock key which you have to leave it at reception while you’re out.
