This hotel was in a very good location. Near tivoli and metro,bus stop also Netto (supermarket). Room was ok everything was fine. Front desk was nice and helpful but only one problem is u need to asked them to change your towel and they will not clean the room or even take the trash out for you. I have been asked the cleaning lady twice but no one was collected the trash. I’m ok if they aren’t cleaning the room but not taking the trash out is a bit weird 🥲 It was very sad bc we really like the location and everything.

Close to the city center and the train station, many attractions are within walking distance. Nyhavn is about a 15-minute walk, the Glyptotek Museum is 5 minutes, and the train station is an 11-minute walk away. You can self-check-in without needing to speak English at all. The hotel also has bicycles for rent, which is convenient for getting around. The room is a bit small, but perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler. After all, for a trip in Scandinavia, a price of around 600 DKK (or equivalent) is incredibly good value for money.

Location is perfect and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. I paid for an upgrade to the Heaven Rooms which was located on the the 9th floor with great view! The service and kindness of each of the people in the front desk was worth mentioning. Two disadvantages: 1. Breakfast was ok, but for the price you pay they could have add some more options, although the view was amazing! 2. The price of the lockers is quite high and unexpected until you see it in the front desk. Other than that it was great and well recommended!!

Great location. The room was tiny, only big enough for one person. Nobody came to clean the room for the four nights I stayed.

Went here with with my boyfriend and we had a great stay. It was very easy to check in and we booked bikes for 2 days to go around the city. The whole experience was very smooth. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will be staying here again!

Really close to bus stop. But no free luggage storage, have to pay extra for locker and it is in the basement. There are only one lift to basement so it is so slow.

The place was good, very great for travellers and just looking for a place to rest after a tiring day. The light outside (window side) is a little bit bothering as you thought t is already late afternoon when in fact it is still early in the morning due to the lights. Location wise is great.
