The place was good, very great for travellers and just looking for a place to rest after a tiring day. The light outside (window side) is a little bit bothering as you thought t is already late afternoon when in fact it is still early in the morning due to the lights. Location wise is great.

Kind staff, but cleanliness can be improve, 7-10 min walks to the central station where you can take trains and metro. Can take 5C bus from the airport （easier than taking train). Overall great at this price, just the cleanliness can be improve.

The room was quite comfortable, with a TV and a hairdryer. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the train and subway station.

Checkout time is 11am but they knock crazily at your door at 10:20am and almost entered my room. Very unpleasant. Most probably, this is due to lack of training of staff and puts the level of hotel at lower standard. Checkin and checkout by using the Aero Guest app, as well as for opening door, are convenient and really fast.

Train station is ab 11 mins away from hotel. Clean room and check in was quick. Breakfast spread was limited but was good. Over all a good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the main train station, making it easy to do a city walk to any destination. The standard room is a bit small, but it's fine for one person.

I had a big luggage so it was a plus point that the hotel was close to bus station. When I extended my stay, I asked the reception cleaning service once but they didn’t clean my room. Reception staffs were all nice.

The hotel's location is quite good, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop coming from the airport, and within walking distance to the train station. The room is very small, with the bed right against the window sill, but it's very clean and tidy. If you need room cleaning, you have to book it a day in advance. The hotel doesn't offer free luggage storage; there's paid storage on the basement level, and it's quite expensive.

The location is convenient and it was an easy check-in process.

Very good access to the airport with bus and train. A lot of eating options nearby. The room is very small but it’s okay for an overnight stay.

I loved the seamless self check in and out system, the quietness and cozy vibes in this hotel. But I think got bitten by a bedbug during my stay here :( The location was good for travelling from and to the airport, but was about 1 kilometre away from everything. Overall pleasant stay but would not book again if I am travelling to Copenhagen :)

The room is a bit small, but the location is pretty good, with a train station nearby. It's only about 2-3km from the main attractions.

Great location, easy to walk to Copenhagen central station, nearby bus stop and also travel to via airport. Breakfast on the 10 th floor had a nice view. Suggest black out blinds and kettle. Otherwise great stay while exploring the city

1. Did not clean up the room when we requested and staff acknowledged will do. 2. Room is so small that you can only one suitcase. 3. Hotel was only near Tivoli Gardens but not the other tourist attractions.
