Great location, easy to walk to Copenhagen central station, nearby bus stop and also travel to via airport. Breakfast on the 10 th floor had a nice view. Suggest black out blinds and kettle. Otherwise great stay while exploring the city

Nice hotel with good location. The room was a bit small but good enough for the price and clean room.

We stayed here for three nights. Check in and key generation was automated but intuitive and quick. Check-in was strictly at 3pm. We booked a single room, which was small in size but that was expected. There was a small semi-circular table and chair. The queen bed was comfortable for a decent sleep and there was a very small bedside table. There was no wardrobe but a rail to hang clothes only. A television was mounted on the wall that had a selection of European and East Asian language channels. There was also a sufficient number of the EU power sockets. The bathroom was clean and functional consisting of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The supplied towels were of good quality. As this is a budget hotel, you are not supplied with the following: toothbrush, shaving kit, kettle, safe, fridge, early check-in, complimentary left luggage, and late check out. Our rate did not include breakfast. However, we did purchase a breakfast on one day. It was a more than adequate European continental selection of breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, and boiled eggs. There was a decent drinks selection too. The restaurant is on the top floor so it’s a nice setting. The hotel had a small cafe on the ground floor but that was about it for other facilities. The hotel is very accessible as the main railway station and metro stop is less than ten minutes walk, and there are buses outside the building. They also hire bikes as well. Overall a cheap stay for this city, which was clean and of decent value.

The place is clean and new but there are not a lot of amenities. Not even a kettle just for coffee or tea. You have to buy hot water downstairs at the cafe. The staff are friendly though, they always smile and very accommodating.

Overall a good experience, no thrills hotel. Room is very compact but does the job and the bed is comfy, Would recommend if on a budget

Close to the railway station, good option for an overnight in Copenhagen, but definitely overpriced for a 2* hotel

Room was considered a little small with two people and lugagges. Only basic amenities of shampoo and body soap provided with paper cups. But the location was great and the hotel was clean.

The location was great and staff were friendly. But the room was very small and the toilet was not cleaned properly. We requested for an early check in and they replied that they would try but we didn't get any when we arrived.

The two male receptionists at the night shift are fabulous. They are not only nice and helpful in giving grocery and money exchange information, but also very willing to share the Copenhagen culture with us. They are very friendly which has given us remarkable hospitality. The room is not big but very enough for 2 person, yet, the tidiness is satisfying with this price. The window outside is the road and sea, quiet and beautiful, very enjoyable living. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers, please prepare for yourself, given that the hotel price is really low compared to other options. Will definitely recommend to friends or family who wanna come visit Copenhagen.

Helpful friendly staff. Great location. Room was small but reflected fairly in the price. Only complaint would be lack of blankets and pillows.

This hotel was very well situated close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. The room itself was small, but it was comfortable. The shower was tiny, but the water pressure and temperature were good. I like that I could store my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

I stayed for two nights and chose the hotel mainly because of the location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I know Copenhagen is an expensive city, but i did expect slightly more from my room. The room itself was tiny. The bed was under a window and there is a toilet cubicle in the room too. Once my case was opened, there was almost no room to get in or out of the bathroom . I am currently in another hotel in Stockholm for approximately the same cost and it is around three times as big with a sofa and sitting area. Feels like the company are simply trying to squeeze as many guests as possible into one building. I wouldn’t book again, even although it is in a good location and the staff were all lovely. Also, 95DKK for a cold breakfast (I realise it is continental, but there were NO hot items at all with 45 minutes of service to go) is very expensive.

Room itself was great. Location was good for the price. Had a rather unwelcome check in experience where was told in a rude tone by the receptionist that you had to pay to check in before the official check in time. okkkkkk…… And before that she asked in the same standoffish manner if I was at the ´correct’ wake-up Copenhagen or not. My point is: Surely there has to be a nicer way of saying all these to your guests
