The atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed and the location is great, but the hygiene is not really good for the bathroom, there is a weak water flow for the shower, and the hotel reception was in the bar, and the rooms were above the bar, making it a bit noisy at night. This hostel don't have any common areas; you either went out or stayed in the dorm. They didn't even provide shower gel or shampoo.

It was great! The location is excellent, close to the city center, and there are grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient.

The facilities are comprehensive. You can go down to the bar and meet new friends. For the room facilities, it would be okay and worth the price. It would be great if the privacy aspect is improved.

The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly. The request to be allocated top floor room was met. However, the housekeeping is something the hotels should focus on. The bathroom in my room was not cleaned and there were stains of urine on the toilet as well as weird smell in the room.

Location: Lively area, with good access to tourist attractions. Facilities: Check-in is done via a machine inside the attached bar from 3 PM. Luggage storage is available but for a fee. Toilets are free to use. Room: It was a 6 or 8-bed dormitory. There were no curtains on the beds. There's a sink in the room, but no signs of a kitchen anywhere. Toilets and showers are shared by all genders. There's a power outlet by the bed and an elevator. Lockers are available under the bed, directly on the floor. It's more for storage. Long stays would be tough. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

The location is good, near the central. Unfortunately the shower is hanging on the plafon that makes the bathroom wet.

Front gate key is not functional and if locked have to call a person from the bar. In late night it’s a bit hectic if someone locked. Person said it is not working on that day. I stayed 3 nights but didn’t fixed for all 3 days. Rest everything is good. Perfect location and capsule is good

There's a separate bed area and a door, and the washing and shower facilities are very convenient.

Copenhagen Downtown Hostel – Capsule Stay Review This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities. Pros: • Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. • Easy access to all main attractions. • The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns. On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning. On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest. When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less. Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.
