The hotel's location is excellent, it offers great value for money, and the self check-in process was simple and convenient.

Good hotel

Automated check-in worked smoothly. very centrally located. Double-room was tidy with very good beds. Thin windows, but perfectly acceptable with earplugs. Automated checkout did not work as designed and the phone number in the hotel listing and displayed in the hotel itself is unregistered. However, then settled via intercom call.

Unacceptable. You can hear absolutely everything because the room door doesn't seal properly. All the doors also slam incredibly loudly, waking you up at night.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed. There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.

Nice and clean hostel. But the there is no reception and no one around to help if you need anything. The heater worked for about 20 min and the shut off and wouldn’t come back on.

The overall experience was really nice, someone came to our room to clean and we got new towels. The staircase is long and made me a little bit dizzy. The room was really big and clean, it was warm. There were snacks we could eat after buying and the tv didn’t work. The location is great, 8min walking to the central station. It was a little bit difficult to check-in, as you have to download an app, check-in and create a virtual key to your room to go inside the building

The room was quite spacious and bright! The self-service was simple and user-friendly!

Convenient location but no elevator and steep stairs all the way to the top floor where my room was located. A very strange room with no where to hang anything You need to checkin the app to open the door, but my app did not find the hotel booking. Also, I had to pay a deposit before opening the door.

Don't book!!! The description is super wrong in the app. Using wrong photos of the toom, much smaller then the photos. 3 windows then you only got two 2 tables you only got one no Bar, no cafe, no reception, no lounge that mentioned in trip.com.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to train station. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. Self-check in process is easy.

The 4 floor staircases is really a challenging step after the whole day city walk... Also the street noise from the drunk and the door slams noises from the next door also cause frustration during the late night sleeping hour.

The hotel is quite close to the centre. So far with the price that I paid, it’s fair

Really reasonable choice in the central station area. Some room does not equip bath but the manager was so flexible to change mine.
