The location is so great. The interior of the hotel is so pretty. We went there during December which is the winter and hotel and the room is so warm and cosy everything just great staffs were super friendly. we would love to come back again!

Location was great. Lots of shops and food places in the vicinity. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great surprise was that the mini bar was complementary and refillable. The mini bar came with beer too so that was an additional plus point. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Close to the center with surroundings shopping area. Clean room. However, the walk ways are a bit dim on the way to my rooms due to the lack of windows in some area. The hotel structure is kinda like the renovation and innovation of combined old buildings. Few stairs to enter the lobby and to cross the buildings, so please be careful if your luggages are big and many. Breakfast are fresh and abundant!

The design and atmosphere of the property are unique and stylish, and the lobby and common areas feel warm and inviting. Staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. However, the stay was affected by several issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent — the room was not serviced daily, towels were not replaced, and basic items were not restocked, even when requested. For a hotel in this price range, I expected more reliable cleaning and room maintenance. Some noise from outside was also noticeable, which may bother light sleepers. Storage space in the room is quite limited, making longer stays less comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a great location and a nice vibe, but service quality and room practicality need improvement.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the city center, making it easy to reach everything on foot. The decoration is stylish, with a great artistic touch, and the room itself is comfortable. The complimentary minibar is a nice bonus. However, our room was located directly above the Studenhus bar, so the weekends were very noisy at night. I had to use earplugs to get some sleep. In addition, the TV in our room was broken; although we called the reception, no one ever came to fix it.
