Capsule Hotel Nyhavn63

While location is very good, facilities themselves were horrible. Basic things like shower. There was one single hook in the cabin. Nowhere to put your clothes etc, so even changing was a trick as you had to literally juggle everything. Cleanliness was not great. Capsules were quite hot and stuffy. During my short stay there were two power cuts, one lasted about 8hrs, which meant there was no ventilation in the capsule, chargers were not working and you couldn't lock the door. There was no one at reception at night, phone number provided for emergencies just went to voice mail. Staff didn't seem to be bothered most of the time. While it was relatively cheap and nobody expects particularly high standards, this was way below basic. Not worth the money

The location is perfect. The hotel staff was kind and helpful !!

Tried to contact them through phone, trip and email about a possible cancellation due to cancelled flights. No response.

Very basic facilities, but perfectly adequate for the cost. Simple capsules. NO MAINS PLUG POWER IN THE CAPSULES. Only USB plugs. I wanted to charge my laptop but couldn't

The capsule is cosy, private and locks so you can make sure your items are safe when you go out. They did not have laundry service which caused difficulties as other surrounding hotels would not let me pay to use there laundry service as it was for guests only. The toilets were not that clean and one didn’t flush well. The showers not too clean either and did not provide any soap or shampoo. If you are not on a budget I would recommend going elsewhere. Though if you are on a budget it is manageable though I would only recommend a short stay.

Location was fantastic with lots of restaurants in the area very central. Only issue was cleanliness in public area

Toilet area could have been more clean and with a vent. The pods were extremely hot with no ventilation. The fans do not work and if you plug in your phone, the light / fan struggle to work. There needs to be stronger power within each pod and more ventilation.

Humid. Noisy. Double charged. No refund.

Unfortunately, our room had a window towards the one yard of the building. That’s why we heard all the people outside which wasn’t in our interest, since we just wanted to sleep and travel further.
