Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. Great location across the road from Train station and Tivoli gardens. Nice light room looking over to Tivoli with a great view of the firework display on Saturday night. Comfortable beds and good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kurt the concierge who took time to tell us about places to visit, marking them out on a handy street map for us.

It’s an ok hotel, love the location and as well helpfulness of staff. A little more attention to room cleanliness will be good, and making drinking water available after room service shouldn’t be on-demand. It’s drinking water, that which is a necessary for all guests. Missing my credit to my Hilton Bonvoy account.

The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

Because the passport was lost in the Netherlands, I did not stay at this hotel. . . Because the reservation is a non-cancellable room, so I have consulted the customer service of Ctrip with the attitude of trying it out. The customer service actively helps the communication. Because the time difference is still not answered when the phone is not available, I will send a text message to me at the first time. The hotel agreed to deduct the first night's room rate and the rest was refunded. It was really unexpected and happy! Saved me more than 10,000 yuan in losses! We did not stay at the hotel, but were visiting the hotel for a enjoing a Brunch / Sanders breakfast. We ordered a Bottle of Champagne, and lot's of different kinds of eggs, avocado, Croissant, bacon, bread, etc. We waited for some time, and slowly our food started to arrived, but we were still missing the Champagne (which was meant to be a welcome starter drink) - Then different plates were missing out, they could not bring it, Croissants were suddenly sold out, the bread seemed old (from the yesterday) and when we were almost finished, they brought the bottle of Champagne. The taste of the food was good, but the servings and the timing where way to bad. The waiters were very kind, and apologised all the time, and offered us free coffee. But thinking of the standard and pricing, this was not what we expected. They asked for feedback, after our visit, and when I kindly wrote about our experience, I heard nothing. Not even thanks for taking your time to to make feedback. Sadly to say, it is not worth 5 start, and we are not coming back.

Nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds,unfortunately you couldn`t close the shutters with the window half open, as they close from inside. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

The location is excellent, in the walk distance to everything (attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, metro station). The room was comfortable, the amenities were standard (many small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash).

The hotel room is very large, the facilities are new, clean and tidy, the breakfast is also very good, the lobby decoration is very chic, the service staff is very good, very welcoming, the location is also very good, very close to the subway

We were first drawn to this new hotel in the center of Copenhagen from internet research. Impeccably presented with beautiful interior design, this relatively new 5 star property is located on the water and well positioned to allow for exploration of the city. Suited to tourists as well as business guests the hotel offers well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, excellent towels & robes and attentive service in all departments. Please note, if outlooks and positioning within the hotel are of importance to you I would highly suggest contacting the hotel to get advise on room selection. We booked a Premium category room but made a poor selection based on the limited explanations on the hotel website and ended up on the ground floor facing an office building with parked vans, workers taking smoking breaks and a complete lack of privacy. The premium room category provides ample space with 53M squared but the descriptor does not state this room is a low floor room without a view. You need to book the room 'with a view'. I honestly don't recall that being offered from the list of available rooms when I booked so its quite possible the 'view' category had sold out. In any case, only certain rooms will offer views of the river so it is best to coordinate with the hotel if you have any questions. We stayed one night in our original room but the situation was not ideal - a combination of our poor selection and lack of detailed info on the hotel website. Mehmet Ali, one of the managers was most accommodating and assisted in moving us for our 2nd and 3rd nights to a room offering a spectacular view. We are very grateful for the kind and generous upgrade as this certainly was not our focus in trying to change our accommodations. Mr. Ali is dedicated in his role and wanted to ensure we had a good experience at the NH Collection Copenhagen. He personally saw to it that we were comfortable and indeed we were. Breakfast at the hotel is what one would expect from a fine hotel and the content of the buffet and overall service was a great way to start the day. We did not use the fitness facility but did enjoy the hotel bar where cocktails are professionally mixed and served by a friendly and competent team. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again for future visits to Copenhagen.
