Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. Great location across the road from Train station and Tivoli gardens. Nice light room looking over to Tivoli with a great view of the firework display on Saturday night. Comfortable beds and good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kurt the concierge who took time to tell us about places to visit, marking them out on a handy street map for us.

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

Because the passport was lost in the Netherlands, I did not stay at this hotel. . . Because the reservation is a non-cancellable room, so I have consulted the customer service of Ctrip with the attitude of trying it out. The customer service actively helps the communication. Because the time difference is still not answered when the phone is not available, I will send a text message to me at the first time. The hotel agreed to deduct the first night's room rate and the rest was refunded. It was really unexpected and happy! Saved me more than 10,000 yuan in losses! We like, but are certainly not obsessed with, “boutique” hotels, so I had reservations about paying as much as we did for our stay… but we were glad we did. Quiet location is still walking distances from everything we needed, and the sidewalk seating crowds speak to its deserved popularity. Service was absolutely top notch (with possible exception of Tata Bar staff on busy Saturday night) and our 1BR unit was fabulous. Very tastefully appointed with continually refilled mini-bar and very professional housekeepers. Only suggestion would be sofa bed upgrade (“all springs” made for uncomfortable sleeping for our daughter). Secret treasure: Sanders Breakfast was “to die for” (and graciously included in Virtuoso package). Didn’t use dinner credit, as menu seemed limited, but rooftop bar, and other features made this a great stay. Really can’t say enough about the professional staff!

A very aesthetically pleasing hotel with lots of pictures, sculpture and fun exhibits and lights. Huge venue with several bars and restaurants - the ones we tried were very good. Great service from lots of staff. Big room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the toiletries in the bathroom were not filled up. The gym and pool area are very well Equipped although I didn’t like the fact the gym was on a glass corridor where people walk past with their bags etc.

The hotel is located near the University of Copenhagen, very close to various attractions, we are walking a day There is a bar across the road, and no noise can be heard in the arranged room Booked 2 rooms at the same time, one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 4th floor. I don’t know how to arrange it. The slope on the fourth floor, the room is very small, the bed is very small, there is a kettle, coffee and premium drinks, no bathtub, dry and wet separated by a curtain, shower water is very small, no hotel breakfast The appearance of the hotel is still very nice, the lobby is ok, the front desk English is good, the attitude is good, the credit card guarantees, the check-out is very fast, I asked if I had any consumption without checking the room, I stayed for two nights, not cheap, but quite satisfied

Scandic Copenhagen is certainly at the top of the quality you can expect from a hotel. If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

The house is too old, with poor sound insulation and outdated facilities. Since the north is the main road of the city, the light rail will cause a building earthquake! !! !! Sports car exploded! !! !! Police cars often whistle! !! !! The parking lot had no access to the lobby, and the flow line was so big that we dragged our luggage around a large circle, which was extremely inconvenient. Location is acceptable, just outside the city.

We booked a room through Hotwire.com and were very pleased to find that we got the Mayfair Hotel in Copenhagen as it is very conveniently located in the Vesterbro area. We only booked for one night on the way to Schweden. The Hotel is very nice and big, but now here is the not so good bit. We booked the third an most expensive a twin room and we got a broom cupboard as a room. It had a 150cm wide bed, but you could only get in from one side. The bathroom was also beyond his heydays. If they want give you room 1044 decline it. With two people in it you could barely turn without hitting each other. Needless to say we were not happy with the room and went to complain. The manager was very apologetic and got our points. He offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a nice king size bed. He wanted another DKK 260.00 for the night. In the end we got it cheaper, because we wanted a better room an were tired. In fact I would have expected a free upgrade but that did not happen. From a business point I would hire that manager, because he was very good at upselling. Just of this review, give room 1044 a wide birth

We stayed in the Copenhagen Marriott the night before our cruise holiday, then booked the Square for one night post our cruise holiday to be closer to central station. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30am on 5th June, asked if could store our luggages as we knew the check in time was 3pm. The lady at reception checked the system, offered an upgrade to a better room that was available for a reasonable fee, so we took the offer. The room size was no comparison to Marriott, so was the view but with nearly £100 cheaper in price, Metro station across road, everything we needed, we were not complaining. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, with mini fridge, snacks and drinks, steam iron, safe, foldable luggage rack, charging station provided. Bathroom was modern with everything we needed and more (hand cream, shoe care and vanity kit). The breakfast was tasty with good selection, we liked IPad operated juices and coffee station, all the modern styled serving dishes. We plan to visit Copenhagen again, will definitely stay in the Square hotel instead of Marriott as we believe it’s great value for the money.

Nice and clean. Can't really hear your neighbors except for the hallway and that's not much. Been staying there for 2 summers straight and have no plans for changing in the future. The staff is super nice and both got me a great update when I checked in as well as fixed some stuff I was too late to require but didn't notice until after the deadline for the day. Walking distance to about everything downtown and if you don't feel like walking you can rent a bike. Rather cheap in comparison to the area but much nicer than many other hotels in it. 5/5 from me. Will definitely stay there again next time for the festival!

Stayed for three days at the first stop of the Nordic trip in Denmark. The room was big on the first day, but the toilet had yellow water stains that couldn't be cleaned, and the heating wasn't good enough. After coordination, we changed to a smaller room. It was Easter, and the hotel sent lovely Easter chocolate eggs. In the bar on the ground floor, I tasted the Danish Carlsberg draft beer, which was very good, and the breakfast was rich. There is a subway station near the hotel, which is convenient for travel.

Strategicamente perfetto, a 20minuti di metro/treno dall'aeroporto e adiacente alla metro Bella Center, 10 minuti e sei in centro città. Situato in una zona tranquilla e in notevole espansione, in hotel abbiamo trovato un'atmosfera accogliente e calda. Gli arredi sono curati e in stile, gli spazi ampi e rilassanti. Camera comoda, non spaziosa ma essenziale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Silenziosa e ideale per due persone. Doccia eccellente. Letto forse troppo morbido ma abbiamo dormito comunque molto bene. La colazione compresa è varia e abbondante, soddisfacente per ogni esigenza. Personale valido ed efficiente. Un grazie speciale al gentilissimo sig. ABEL, responsabile del servizio colazione, sempre pronto e disponibile con tutti, persona squisita e molto professionale. Bravi tutti i ragazzi dello staff! Consiglierò senz'altro questo Hotel!

We were ending a cruise in Copenhagen and wanted to spend several days in the city. Being an IHG rewards member the Towers were our option! It is good to see great reviews for a hotel when making a booking and I have to add to the positive reviews! We had booked our room so we could get in the morning our cruise arrived. We had just walked in when alarms went off, say there was an emergency and to exit the building! What a welcome. It was over quickly (we were told it was some baking product burned in the kit). They sent us to enjoy the breakfast buffet while waiting for things to settle down! That was our first of four great breakfasts! The breakfast buffet was a great mix - we loved the pancakes, eggs, and bacon. They beat the same items on the cruise! We liked the safety feature that you had to have a key to go up on the elevator. The room was large and well equipped. Great bathroom. Nice that you can quickly walk to the metro or train station. Since it is a fairly isolated location it was nice to have The Bark.

Really nice new hotel. Kudos for the bedding, often in Denmark the bed is made like you are at a hostel, but here it is really nice. The room is small, but sufficient l, and the bathroom is nice with an enclosed walk in shower. Huge tv and floor to roof windows makes it a pleasant room to stay at. It is simple and I don’t think I would recommend a longer stay, but for that the Residence inn is right next door. Nordhavn is a new area, but with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. I can recommend Husted wine bar. Free nice breakfast is a plus.

Location is very good. It is easily accessible from Copenhagen Airport, and you can go pretty close by bus. The metro station is also about 15 minutes walk away. Since it's a hostel, it doesn't have the same facilities and services as a hotel, but the cost performance is very good. This hostel was enough for me as I only needed a shower and a place to sleep.

The hotel is a little outside of the center, but is well reached by the metro or even by the bus. The room was relatively small. But you know that already at the booking. The rooms were very clean in the morning. The more guests had used them, the more they had needed cleaning again. It's already bad, you don't leave the rooms as you wish to meet them. Washing the washing venue shortly after use if you have polluted it wouldn't be a big thing ... We're very late. This was agreed with the hotel and the room keys were deposited. To reach them, we could choose a certain telephone number, where then we were explained how to reach the key cards. Unfortunately, they still worked to get into the staircase, but not for our room. We had to call again and wait for a staffer to reprogramme the cards at half two in the morning. That was not very pleasant for him and us. It would be better if the room cards were tested before depositing for such cases. As a compensation we have offered breakfast for it. However, of course, we are very happy!
