"Exceptional service from all the staff at Tru by Hilton Coppell. I would like to give a shout out, in particular to Daisy. Her warm and friendly personality allowed me to be comfortable to ask for any queries during my stay. For a first time experience visiting the USA, I am blessed to have gotten such wonderful hospitality. I will definitely return to Dallas and looking forward to stay in Tru by Hilton Coppell again. "I had a great stay. The front desk was super helpful with checking in and out, arranging the shuttle services back-and-forth from the airport, and the restaurant bar was was great. The food and service were great. All around, would recommend. "
