Although it is far from downtown, it is suitable for international students preparing to attend schools such as SFU and CC to stay temporarily. "Staying at this place was a nightmare! The room was filthy, one double bed with a mattress so old it was like a hammock and two foam blocks and two old pillows, smears all over the mirrors, no remote for the TV, broken shower door, dirty shower curtain attached with zip ties. Needed a deep clean but no cleaning had been done for a long time despite charging a cleaning fee. It certainly was not cleaned after previous guests. Do not stay here!"
