We had an amazing stay at Turnul Mareșalului and can honestly say it’s one of the most beautiful and unique places we’ve stayed at in Romania. The house is spacious, making it perfect for families or groups, and the panoramic view from the upper floor is absolutely breathtaking – worth every moment spent there. The interior is tastefully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. We were especially impressed by the large living rooms, the lounge with a bar and audio system, and the fully equipped kitchen, which made us feel right at home – but in a dream-like mountain setting. The location is peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring the Transfăgărășan road, Vidraru Dam, and Poenari Fortress – all just a short drive away. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to all our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Turnul Mareșalului to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, with complete privacy, stunning views, and top-level comfort. This is a true gem in the heart of nature, and we are already looking forward to returning.
