The property is very nice, with a homey feel to it. The problem is the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff. I booked through Experia four nights and told the hotel that I would need to shorten the stay to 3 nights. Thay said they were not able to make the change because the booking was through *******. ******* has been trying for three days to contact the hotel, both by telephone and by their own internal messaging, but the hotel has not responded at all. The hotel did not respond to my request to confirm that payments using a foreign credit card by a resident of another country are not subject to the VAT. I waited for over one month and they never responded. They seem to ignore communication through the Expediaq messaging system and want everyone to communicate with them through a WhatsApp number. I asked to talk to a manager concerning my request to shorten my stay, and I was never put in touch with one.

We had a great stay at Ciudad Prado: very nice room, good breakfast and most of all, fantastic staff, who was so kind to answer all our questions (and we had many). The only drawback is that a car or taxi is needed to reach Cordoba downtown because it is not centrally located.

Un hotel con buena relacion precio comodidad, ubicacion un poco alejada en medio de un barrio tranquilo y alejado. Las habitaciones limpias y en buen estado pero para mi gusto muy pequeñas. El desayuno se planifica el dia anterior con opciones de jamon queso medialunas dulces manteca ensalada de fruta cereales y libritos. Poco espacio para estacionar dentro del hotel. Lugar en la calle. Barrio Velez Sarfield cerca de Ciudad Universitaria. Hotel de Barrio.

El hotel es lindo, desde que reservamos nos cambia la tarifa y no te respondían, desde que llegamos todo lo que pediamos tenían objeciones por miedo a los dueños, pedí hablar con ellos y nunca me llamaron.

Lindo hotel , nuevo ,moderno y con buen gusto . Muy buena atención del personal , súper amables todos quienes nos atendieron tanto en recepción como en desayuno . La ubicación no está tan buena , hay que moverse en taxi para todos lados . Lo que fue inconcebible algunas políticas que nunca las hemos visto en ninguna parte como x ejemplo que los domingos no te hacen la habitación , te cobran el agua caliente para el mate , y CADA DÍA hay que hacer una lista de lo q queres para el desayuno que es muy limitado . Varias cosas a mejorar…
