I only stayed one night, from March 28th to 29th. We were up until 3 AM unable to sleep. Through the kitchen extractor fan, we could hear and smell the guests in the apartment below, who were having a party with a strong smell of *********. I called the hotel. They asked me to confirm which apartment the noise was coming from. I had to go downstairs and check. Later, they told me I had notified them, but the noise continued. If you want to rest, I don't recommend this apartment; it's for partygoers. The next day, the receptionist told me they couldn't do anything and that it was impossible they were smoking *********.

The room was very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities except for slippers and a razor. It had a microwave, refrigerator, induction cooker, pots, pans, plates, and cups, so you could easily cook something. Parking was also convenient for those driving. A pleasant surprise was that my room had a view of the Grand Mosque. However, please note that check-in procedures cannot be completed at the hotel; you need to go to another hotel next to the Grand Mosque. I hope Ctrip will remind you of this when listing or booking the room.

Checking in for this stay was a nightmare. We had to go to a location by the cathedral to check in, and directions were not clear. The apartment itself was ok, but there was an active water leak in the kitchen sink, and the hotel that managed this location was unable to get us additional coffee, towels, etc, in less than a day since they are not on site at the apartments. The view of the cathedral from the room does not exist as there are trees blocking it. Part of the reason we booked here was to see the city from across the river, and we had no view. The area outside the apartments/hotel was also incredibly sketchy and we felt constantly on alert for pickpockets, etc. The apartment was comfortable and did have off street parking in the garage for a very small vehicle, but I would not stay here again.

Perfect location, great apartment Great apartments, very clean, very well equipped. Perfect location, quiet but literally 2 minutes walk to the centre. Other reviews mention issues with checking in at a different location. This is true but it's 3 to 5 minutes walk away and the communication from the company Eurostars Hotels was great.
