Location & Views: Situated in a picturesque and tranquil setting with stunning views of the ocean, including sunsets and vistas of Albania. A private beach adds to the charm, though it is small and stony.

Great hotel . Nice staff . Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels . Food was good and enjoyed the beautiful sea views. Shuttle down to Roda every hour throughout till 11pm . Uphill walk otherwise about 20 mins to 30 mins . I would say not as good if you have mobility issues. But shuttle regular enough so you don’t have to walk . Could have done with mirror above dressing table in room. All the staff were very polite and friendly and helpful.

We are currently staying in this hotel when writing the review, this is our third stay here. The ibiscus is set in a beautiful private cove, withe lovely gardens and friendly staff. Rooms are very stylish and there is lots of space with a very comfy bed. The cleaning team do a fantastic job always keeping the hotel and rooms clean. The food is pleantiful with a good choice of tasty dishes. The snack bar at the pool for sun worshipers also has a great choice of hot and cold food. There is a shuttle bus to Roda town for those who want to venture out and see the beautiful island of Corfu. Will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommend it to all.

I definitely wouldn't class this as 5* although the sea view rooms are beautifully appointed with a lovely view. The hotel is spread out over several buildings. We had emailed requesting 2 rooms together but on arrival were allocated 2 rooms in completely different blocks and the farthest apart imaginable After being told initially it wasn't possible to change rooms, I persisted and was given what I requested before arrival Food is ok but don't expect a hot meal, everything is Luke warm at best There's plenty of choice and breakfast was superb We had lunch from the pool bar where you'll find freshly cooked gyros, burgers, chips etc and a selection of sandwiches and salads All staff are exceptional and friendly The pool area is small for the size of the complex and not enough sunbeds Entertainment is low key but we found the free shuttle bus into Roda a great feature Last bus returns at 11pm . Taxis can be difficult to find later night due to demand Overall, it was an enjoyable stay but a little too quiet for our liking Great spot if you want a relaxing break, but I wouldn't want to stay more than a few days

Just returned home after staying here for 10 nights. A nice hotel but definitely not 5 star worthy, would give it 3 at the most. Upon arriving at the hotel we went to check in and were told that our room with the swim up pool had been overbooked and they were going to put us in a private pool room at no extra cost, a fair trade! We were taken to the room by golf buggy which was well, quite an experience and a bumpy ride but friendly staff nonetheless. The next day we were moved to room 101 which was lovely but don’t expect to be sunbathing by the pool all day as this room is very much shaded by the huge trees and the sun doesn’t reach the balcony until very late afternoon. Food is ok but nothing to shout about and not very warm at the best of times. However all staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were extremely disappointed to see that our towels had been removed from sun beds by the pool one morning and had been taken to reception and put in a bin bag in the back room. We went to retrieve these and the receptionist said there had been complaints that people were reserving sun beds and then not using them all day. Fair enough but we were intending to use these beds as we had done all the other days when it hadn’t been an issue. Instead someone else was sat on our sun beds and by that time all the sun beds had been taken so we spent the whole day back at our room on the balcony. There really needs to be either more sun beds or a booking system for the sun beds to make it fair. A nice stay but definitely some improvements to be made. Also watch out for mosquitoes and ants! Ants are a huge problem here and although they tend to remain outside, can be a real nuisance.

Not sure this hotel is worth 5 stars, maybe this is so they can charge 15 euros a night! Positives: All staff at the hotel very friendly, especially the resturant and both bars. Free shuttle bus a bonus to go into Roda. If more passengers than bus can take, (8) the driver will return and collect, same for return journey. Room spacious, air conditioning very effective. Negatives: Food at best, warm, although plenty of choice we never had a hot meal. On one occassion all cooked breakfast items were cold. Everyday we stayed here, 7 days, they never sorted the toaster. Saw a lot of guests informing staff, nothing was done to sort out a new toaster. One occassion our room wasn't cleaned and no bottled water left, had to top up from pool bar using our own bottle. Bathroom although adequate size there are no towel rails on which to hang towels to dry, had to put them outside on balconly. Balconly not cleaned the week we were there. Lots of bird droppings! Not enough sun beds and parasols. The last few days we were there people were sat on the grass as all the beds were full. Sunbeds need replacing, most were broken.

Firstly I think we were ripped off with the tourist charge 140euros for the week. Foolishly we were to tired after our long journey to query it ! We have never paid more than about 50euros The evening food wasn’t great - not very warm and not a vegetable in sight. The bar food was tastier. The gyros at the pool bar were great - even found a fault there though just stopped my husband eating the green bread ! The whole container was green. It was exchanged very quickly. The drinks were good, our room was good - the maid did a good job keeping it clean each day. The entertainment wasn’t too bad either. The staff in the restaurant ( and the whole hotel actually) were very friendly. The hotel manager seemed to be there doing everything job 24 hours !! It was good having a minibus to take visitors into Roda and back. We often walked there and got the minibus back. Roda looked very run down and the beach could have been lovely if the seaweed was cleared off - I’m sure farmers would have been able to make use of it. I couldn’t see anywhere where I thought they had made improvements using the visitors tax !!

I was left disappointed with the hotel as it could be amazing and deserving it's 5 stars but it's not. The biggest issue is the food, wow I can't tell you how bad it was in the dining room, hot food was like warm at best, looked and tasted terrible so lived off salads in evening. The pool bar was great couldn't fault the food there. Bedding was not changed in the week I was there but room was kept generally clean although balcony was never cleaned at all, I made my bed every day and you could tell no attempt was made to re due it. The beach was a great although you got the typical selfish people reserving beds and not using them for hours.

We were in the hotel in July 2026, the room very modern, clean and nice. Large branded TV, replenished water in the refrigerator, large comfortable bed and terrace. Hotel shuttle bus that takes you to the town of Roda nearby and private sand beach, nice reception. We were given a drink as a welcome, and were taken to our room. The only downside is that there are relatively few sunbeds due to people booking early in the morning and leaving them empty by noon. Food good, good pink wine in the restaurant, chocolate fountain for fruit at dinner. Friends who were staying for one night got a suite room from the hotel as a nice gesture with a private pool, very beautiful. The hotel is very quiet and in a remote area for people who want to relax from the hustle and bustle, various theme songs in the lobby in the evenings, very good and free WiFi.
