I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we arrive, we were suppose to choose between twin room or double room and there is no double room available and we were in advance. Then in the room, no shampoo, no soap, the AC was not working well and made a terrible noise even on sleep mode. An old elevator always busy so we had to carry our suitcases ourselves to the 2nd floor. They said a parking was available for the customers but it was full so we had to go park somewhere else. The food especially for breakfast was not good. The tea bags in the room were already open. And the cups were not cleaned (I let you observe the pictures). Apart from the bed being comfortable (but separated from my partner)and the view there was nothing that we have appreciated. Though, It’s not far from Corfu town by car about 15 minutes.

Upon checking the reviews weeks before coming I was a little concerned and in all fairness there's only one thing that keeps being mentioned that I can agree with... The food isn't the best, in fact it's pretty horrid BUT the mash potato is an exception, better than I can make at home and the ice-cream, I swear it's Carte d'Or in disguise .... That being the only negative for me, the hotel itself and the staff is outstanding, we were given a fantastic family room with views overlooking the pool and runway (which I requested). The girls on the reception are extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and say hello whenever you pass by. Our room was out of this world, spacious, clean and my bed was huuuuge, room for a family of 4 easily lol. My kids had a nice bunk with their own TV and balcony, Aircon in both rooms which was needed and a mini fridge to keep our drinks and snacks cold. The bathroom was nice, lovely shower and sink area and smartly decorated. All round, the room was spot on and the cleaner bless her was in every day to do the beds and replace towels. The pool area is okay, albeit some of the decking is wasting and rotting but nothing that isn't fixable and there is a lot of bee's and mosquito's purely because of the location next to the lake, can't be helped. It's a decent area around the pool, nobody really queuing early for lounges just a small handful going down at 9.30 just before it opens so no issues. The lady running the pool bar is very pleasant also. We will be back in the near future, the area around the hotel is beautiful with stunning views and there's some nice restaurants within walking distance to enjoy to escape the hotel food.

This hotel has the friendliest, most helpful staff, ready to accommodate every need. The beds are very comfortable, the location is lovely - right across from an overlook of the sea and the air*****! We were on a group tour in Corfu, and the hotel staff, especially the lovely women at the front desk, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. For a short stay in Corfu (and just a few steps from the local bus stop in case you don't have a car), this hotel is fine!

We recently stayed at this hotel, being a group of 5 people. There are a few things that caused unpleasantness during our stay at the hotel. First of all, the hotel towels smelled of mold (as well as the room). I could not use them because the smell was imprinted on the skin. Also, the sheets were stained, smelled as bad as the towels and were changed only once in the conditions in which I stayed for a week. Secondly, if you still choose to come to this hotel, you should know that in the old building, the one overlooking the air*****, there is no hot water after 6 pm. We went to the reception 3 times in one evening, and each time we were told that it was a problem that lasted 30 minutes and that they would send someone to fix the water heater. That evening I stayed awake until 12 am and even then the hot water did not want to make its appearance. By the way, for 7 days I only had hot water in 2 evenings. The cleanliness in the room was almost non-existent, in the last days I wiped the floor with wet napkins. In addition, the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling were full of mold. Despite these unpleasantnesses, I can say that there were also some good things. for example, the lovely staff of the hotel, both in the dining room and at the reception. I can say that the food was ok, we had free wine, beer, juices and water. also, the hotel is well located, being close to a mini-market, a souvenir shop, the pier and the bus station. however, we would never return to this hotel, it's a pity for the view and the place where it is located... I think that the old body should be renovated from scratch, otherwise you will lose all your clients!

We were initially hesitant due to some reviews, but we are thrilled we decided to go and form our own opinion. The room we had was conveniently located near the pool, which is split into two - a large one and a small one. Getting sun loungers wasn't a problem as we arrived around 9.30 am for the pool opening. The poolside drinks were delightful, and it's worth noting that all cocktails are included in the all-inclusive package, contrary to what one review stated. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. Breakfast at the restaurant was served from 7 am to 10 am, offering a standard menu that satisfied our morning cravings. Lunch, served from 12 pm to 2 pm, had a decent selection, and even as a picky eater, I found something enjoyable every day. Dinner, available from 7 pm to 9 pm, was similar to lunch in terms of variety and quality. While the food might not be mind-blowing, it was definitely good enough for a 3-star hotel. It's evident that some negative reviews might be unfair and come from those who might be used to 4-star experiences. The room we stayed in was a comfortable size with an efficient air conditioning system. The shower worked as expected, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two English film channels on the TV. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi seemed to be accessible only in the main hotel area. For those who want to explore the area, there's a convenient bus, 2A, which takes you to Corfu for shopping. Additionally, there's a mini mart and several restaurants nearby worth trying. We highly recommend Captain George's for its amazing food. Overall, our time at the hotel was fantastic, and we're grateful we ignored the negative reviews. It was a delightful experience, and we'd happily recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The negative reviews we have read about this hotel in our minds, we feel are unjust. We have just had a lovely stay here. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the bar. Food is mainly Mediterranean, which is what you would expect. Food was really nice. you had your staple Mediterranean cuisine, Greek salads etc plus a selection of beef, pork and chicken dishes on different days. Only fault really was it needed to be kept hotter. There is a microwave provided if you want to heat the food up, but we were happy with it, and ate there morning, lunch and evening. The hotel itself is very close to the runway and you get a spectacular display of planes landing and taking off which we enjoyed very much and so did a lot of people staying there and passing tourists. so be prepared for the noise ( this is not a fault) It's not all night or early in the morning. Midnight until 8am there are no planes landing or taking off. There is a bus stop (2a) about 3mins walking which will take you into the Old Town, cost 1 euro 10 cents which you can pay on the bus either card or cash. They run every 20mins and takes approx 15mins to the town. A short walk up towards the taverna there are a couple of mini Marts which have all the essentials you need, plus some restaurants if your not all inclusive. You can access steps to go down to the monastery, and where you can get a boat to Mouse island for 3 euros. Well worth a visit to this lovely little island. There is a little shop on the island which sells souvenirs and drinks. The boat comes and goes , so there is no rush to get back on it. The only criticism we can find is the pool area could do with a bit of a revamp. We never actually used it but many people did with children and appeared quite happy. To conclude we had a great stay and found no real fault with this lovely hotel and would definitely come back.

However what a gem all the staff are fantastic very polite and helpful Rooms clean and fresh Clean towels and bedding always available I could go on for hours biging the place up but might get a bit boring. All I can say really is go enjoy the great little hotel for what it is and see for yourself. We will definitely be back. 1 down side please get more than one toaster and more of a selection of hot dishes😁
